Peccato perso un cliente e penso non solo uno visto le tante persone che arrivavano e trovando chiuso se ne andavano.
If, ten days before Christmas, you arrive on Saturday at 3 pm and find it closed, that's not good.
Too bad I lost a customer and I think not just one given the many people who arrived and, finding it closed, left.

La signora che mi ha venduto il prodotto in questione mi ha assicurato che nel caso, non piacesse o non andasse bene , avrei potuto cambiarlo con qualsiasi cosa. Ma invece questo non è successo.... perché mi è stato detto che il prodotto "scontrinato" come Rossignol può essere cambiato solo con Rossignol. Questo a parere mio non è corretto e va detto in fase di acquisto. Molto delusa.
I bought a gift for christmas. The lady who sold me the product in question assured me that in case I didn't like it or didn't go well, I could exchange it for anything. But instead this did not happen .... because I was told that the "receipt" product like Rossignol can only be exchanged with Rossignol. In my opinion this is not correct and must be said during the purchase phase. Very disappointed.

Very well stocked shop with reasonable prices. The staff is highly trained and attentive to customer needs. I especially thank Mr. Roberto who helped me in choosing the ski boot.
