Sono stato cliente e ho speso un bel po' di soldini, ad inizio di quest'anno mi hanno lasciato a piedi senza neppure darmi spiegazioni. Non ci sono scuse che tengano. Assistenza verso i clienti di livello basso. Mi dispiace perché il negozio è bello e ben fornito. I'm not going to tell you what happened to me in detail. Ma spiacevole inconveniente in officina,quando ho sostituito i miei vecchi pneumatici(con pochi kilometri fatti ) con nuovi. Ma al momento della consegna della bici i miei pneumatici ( è erano già stati smaltiti. Questo mi è dispiaciuto molto. La prossima volta chiederò preventivamente che non vengano smaltiti. É un bel negozio, con prodotti di qualità, ma il personale é un po' troppo con il nasino all'insù ... dovete capire che non tutti facciamo o faremo il giro d'Italia, ma se entriamo in un negozio come il vostro è perché siamo interessati ad acquistare una bici,degli accessori, abbigliamento e vorremo essere seguiti e consigliati al meglio e non in maniera superficiale e frettolosa . Ci siamo sentiti quasi di troppo e quindi abbiamo tolto il disturbo! Lato positivo di questa visita??? Abbiamo visitato altri negozi e abbiamo trovato e ordinato le bici più adatte a noi! Quindi alla fine , vi ringraziamo !!! The phrase "fly down" applies to this shop! E poi subentrato Cesare per ulteriori specifiche e devo dire che sono davvero preparati ed esaurienti. Co to si tornare in negozio a breve e concludere l?'acquisto, perché oltre che competenti sono anche competitivi. Negozio top!
