I went to get the wobbling luggage rack fixed (needed two screws). He checked my brakes, lights etc and I had to pay 20 € for an unsolicited service.

Very kind and recommended. Once the bicycle was brought in late morning to replace the flat cover, it was ready in the afternoon as promised.
