★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo una pulizia della canna fumaria..al telefono avevo spiegato che si trattava di una piccola stufa a legna e che la canna fumaria non era di grandi dimensioni..la risposta è stata: "non ho molto tempo perchè sono pieno di appuntamenti...ma se non è tanto grande può farsela da solo..".. ho messo una stella solo perchè ha risposto al telefono nonostante i suoi tempi molto ristretti..
I wanted a cleaning of the chimney .. on the phone I explained that it was a small wood stove and that the chimney was not large .. the answer was: "I don't have much time because I'm full of appointments .. .but if he is not so big he can do it himself .. ".. I put a star just because he answered the phone despite his very tight schedule ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innanzitutto per una pulizia di canna fumaria (sono stati qui mezz ora) hanno chiesto 140 euro. Avevo chiesto espressamente se facevano il lavoro (che so essere lungo e noioso) della pulizia interna del caminetto(voce inserita in fattu) con elimazione del catrame esistente e nonmi hanno detto che potevano farlo e hanno fatto solo la parte in fondo. Uno dei due soci che ha fatto la intervento e stato super scortese ed aggressivo. Li sconsiglio vivamente
First of all for a chimney cleaning (they were here half an hour) they asked for 140 euros. I had specifically asked if they were doing the work (which I know to be long and boring) of the internal cleaning of the fireplace (item inserted in fact) with the removal of the existing tar and they told me they could do it and they only did the part at the bottom. One of the two partners who did the intervention was super rude and aggressive. I strongly advise against them

I had a great time, very meticulous guys during the cleaning operations, arrived on time for the appointment and were also able to give me some advice.
