Per questo mi sono attivsta nel chiefere consiglio su quale potesse essere una valida alternativa di salame casereccio. Mi è stato indicato questo che forse sarà pure casereccio ma di buono non ha nulla. Pessimo per non essete eccessiva. A volte molto meglio un buon salame industriale.
I rarely do. Unfortunately I have to express a negative opinion. Our usual supplier of homemade salami has finished the availability of production. This is why I took action in the chief and advice on what could be a valid alternative to homemade salami. I was told this that maybe it will also be homemade but it has nothing good. Bad for not being excessive. Sometimes a good industrial salami is much better.

Per le grigliate si può chiedere di preparare un misto di costa, pollo, cevapcici, salsiccia, bistecche, e altro specificando solo il numero delle persone. Si può comprare anche la Fiorentina, al prezzo di circa 20 euro al chilo. Ottimo.
