★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono Bernardelli Alex: nel 2013 i servizi sociali, sono intervenuti con un articolo 403(provvedimento urgente di allontanamento del minore) nei confronti di mia figlia Bernardelli Miriam, per una denuncia di maltrattamenti in famiglia, dalla quale sono poi stato assolto tre anni dopo, e ho pienamente superato ovviamente i test sierologici che mi hanno imposto di effettuare al sert dopo avermi indebitamente, e ripetutamente in modo calunnioso accusato di abusare di alcool e sostanze. Risultato: dopo aver pienamente smentito tutto, attraverso ciò che loro chiamavano "percorso", e per vie legali, sono 7 anni che mia figlia è sotto sequestro, di cui sei che non la vedo totalmente dal momento in cui mi sono lasciato con la madre (soggetto ben conosciuto) e dunque sospendendo definitivamente gli incontri protetti. Che dire?! Hanno violato i diritti umani di base miei e di mia figlia, rendendo la mia vita un inferno, e facendomi diventare uno sconosciuto per la mia adorata figlia. Vadano all'inferno!
