C	Carmelo Boss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo luogo, sono andato due volte: la prima per riparare un iphone SE perchè lo schermo sfarfallava lo lascio e dopo averlo ripreso a detta loro non aveva nessun tipo di problema lo schermo, siccome era in garanzia Apple lo porto nel luogo dove lho comprato facendomi la sostituzione integnale dell’iphone. Ci provo una seconda volta con un iphone 8 lo riporto per un problema al tasto che inserisce il silenzioso e anche questa volta sono rimasto deluso in quanto mi hanno detto che devo cambiare la scheda madre integralmente alla modica cifra di 290€, lo porto ad un altra parte e me ne sono uscito con 70€. Il servizio di riparazione è ottimo, personale preparato e rispettano le normative covid in maniera eccellente. Entrando nel negozio si possono vedere diversi dispositivi Apple esposti e ci sono un paio di scrivanie per consulenze personalizzate. I took my laptop in for service and it was returned to me in a couple of days. The repair service is excellent, trained staff and they comply with covid regulations in an excellent way. Entering the store you can see several Apple devices on display and there are a couple of desks for personalized advice.

Ho portato in assistenza 1 Ipad ed 1 Ipod durante le festività ed entrambi mi sono stati restituiti in un paio di giorni. Il servizio di riparazione è ottimo, il personale preparato ed onesto. Effettuano una scrupolosa diagnostica di ogni dispositivo per capirne la problematica e lo ritirano solo se sono sicuri di risolvere il problema. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I brought 1 Ipad and 1 Ipod into service during the holidays and both were returned to me in a couple of days. The repair service is excellent, the staff prepared and honest. They carry out a thorough diagnostics of each device to understand the problem and withdraw it only if they are sure to solve the problem.
