★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico negozio della catena, forse il poco personale sempre impegnato o di corsa effettivamente non aiuta chi non sa bene cosa comprare e non ne capisce e ha bisogno di un consiglio tecnico in più. I prezzi in compenso sono più bassi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato merce risultata difettosa. Non abbiamo fatto sostituzione perché tutta la partita rimanente in negozio aveva lo stesso difetto. Non ci è stato riconosciuto il reso nonostante non fosse colpa nostra. Ci hanno emesso un buono da spendere.
Purchased goods found to be defective. We did not replace because all the remaining batch in the shop had the same defect. We have not been granted the return even though it was not our fault. They issued us a voucher to spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queste le condizioni dei servizi igienici. Questo grado di usura non si verifica in pochi mesi. Questa è incuria che dura da lungo tempo per ridurli cosí. Nel legno cosí scoperto e marcio, perennemente bagnato non voglio pensare le colonie di germi e batteri che ci vivono.
Per fortuna che le "tavolette" dei water le vendono anche loro. Nell' altro water la tavoletta mancava del tutto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito mi trovavo bene, ma negli ultimi mesi la scarsità di personale (cassiere escluse) è diventata penalizzante per chi, come me, non è un professionista e magari desidera un suggerimento tecnico pre acquisto. Forse sarebbe meglio trasformarlo in un discount di attrezzature semplici senza proporre più tutti quegli articoli (che tra l'altro costano!) che invece, appunto, richiedono spiegazioni da parte di chi le vende. Credo che il segreto del successo del nuovo Bricomam, aperto mesi or sono poco distante, sia proprio nella presenza e competenza del personale addetto alla vendita. E difatti ora vado lì....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in because of the huge sale being advertised. The store was half empty, and what was left was still overpriced at 70% off. Apparently, they are going to renovate and re- open under a new franchise. The staff looked really haggard and overworked, so I hope the management will take better care of the workers in the future.
