★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale che ti fa un infarinatura iniziale, il commesso o la commessa che vi prende in carica, non è molto competente.
Meglio chiedere subito se il prodotto che state acquistando, o volete acquistare, ha le caratteristiche da voi selezionate.
Altrimenti perderete tempo con l'appuntamento successivo per l'ordine.
Quindi sono due le cose
1. Cercate di istruire al meglio i commessi o le commesse
2. Eliminate le commesse o i commessi e fate fare il lavoro di visione e ordine all'esperto.

Better ask immediately if the product you are buying, or want to buy, has the characteristics you have selected.
Otherwise you will waste time with the next appointment for the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una cucina angolare. Fin da subito abbiamo trovato un buon feeling con l'arredatore Marco con il quale abbiamo discusso, a posteriori, alcune piccole modifiche del progetto iniziale.
Il prezzo è in linea sul budget che avevamo prefissato.
L'unico neo è il fatto che al momento del montaggio mancava la ferramenta per il pannello frontale della lavastoviglie per cui abbiamo dovuto aspettare ancora due settimane per poterla vedere completa.
Molto bella l'esposizione di Udine provvista di numerose soluzioni e i complimenti a Vanessa per averci seguito nel post vendita.
We bought a corner kitchen. Right from the start we found a good feeling with the interior designer Marco with whom we discussed, afterwards, some small changes to the initial project.
The price is in line with the budget we had set.
The only drawback is the fact that at the time of assembly the hardware for the front panel of the dishwasher was missing, so we had to wait another two weeks to be able to see it complete.
The Udine exhibition was very beautiful, equipped with numerous solutions and congratulations to Vanessa for following us in the after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto diverse recensioni negative, ma personalmente mi sono trovato piuttosto bene. Nessuna forzatura a firmare il contratto, nessuna penale, in quanto definito come "contratto aperto", quindi annullabile da ambo le parti (cliente e venditore) finché non si procede al pagamento. Personale gentile e prezzi variabili a seconda delle possibilità di ognuno. Tante cucine con design interessanti dal moderno al classico.
I have read several negative reviews, but personally I was quite happy with it. No forcing to sign the contract, no penalty, as defined as an "open contract", therefore voidable by both parties (customer and seller) until payment is made. Friendly staff and variable prices according to everyone's possibilities. Many kitchens with interesting designs from modern to classic.

Azienda molto ben organizzata e personale competente, disponibile e cordiale. La qualità del prodotto è perfettamente in linea con quanto pagato, quindi ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Tempi di consegna rispettati.
Cinque stelle vanno a tutti:
Servizio appuntamenti, show room, arredatori, logistica e montaggio.
Erika, Giuliana, Linda, Vanessa.....e gli altri di cui non ricordo il nome. Bravi, di questi tempi, qualità e cortesia sono rari e vanno valorizzati.
I bought two wardrobes and my experience was absolutely positive right from the first telephone contacts to arrange appointments, to assembly and after-sales assistance.
Very well organized company and competent, helpful and friendly staff. The quality of the product is perfectly in line with the amount paid, therefore excellent value for money. Delivery times respected.
Five stars go to everyone:
Appointment service, show room, interior decorators, logistics and assembly.
Erika, Giuliana, Linda, Vanessa ..... and the others whose name I don't remember. Well done, these days, quality and courtesy are rare and should be valued.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza positiva con Arredissima. Abbiamo comprato un divano presso la sede di Udine. Il divano molto bello e comodo, perfetto per il nostro salotto. Arrivato più o meno nei tempi previsti. Una menzione particolare va fatta al servizio post vendita e alla modalità di gestione dei problemi. Quando ci è arrivato il divano abbiamo riscontrato un errore nella penisola, era arrivato un pezzo diverso da quello che volevamo e che risultava dal progetto fatto in negozio. Ci siamo recati in sede e in mezz’ora il problema è stato risolto dal responsabile che vedendo l’errore nell’ordine ha immediatamente provveduto a rifarne uno nuovo con il pezzo corretto. Nel giro di un mese il pezzo che volevamo è arrivato e ora siamo super soddisfatti. Tanti negozi vendono sicuramente mobili di qualità, ma la differenza spesso sta nel modo in cui gestiscono un problema post vendita. In questo caso possiamo dire che è stato gestito brillantemente. Quindi nonostante l’errore iniziale consiglio l’azienda per la serietà e la qualità delle loro merci. Dovessimo comprare qualche altro mobile prenderemmo sicuramente in considerazione la possibilità di tornare da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cortese e disponibile.... arredamenti, elettrodomestici moderni ben assortiti e soprattutto pratici e funzionali... credo di aver trovato i mobili per il mio appartamento però non comprendo perché devo subito fare un contratto di vendita senza aver prima avere un quadro completo al 100% di quello che vorrei comprare....
Forse un po' di trattative da entrambi le parti ......
Very courteous and helpful staff .... well-assorted furnishings, modern appliances and above all practical and functional ... I think I have found the furniture for my apartment but I do not understand why I must immediately make a sales contract without first having a painting 100% complete with what I would like to buy ....
Maybe a little negotiation on both sides ...

Era la prima volta che ci andavamo perché non conoscevamo Arredissima ma devo dire che siamo rimasti più che contenti infatti ci torneremo più che sicuramente. Lo show room è veramente molto ben disposto e bello, ma soprattutto l’arredamento che offrono è bellissimo. Nulla da dire sul servizio vendita, veramente professionali e bravi (Lorenzo in particolare che ci ha accompagnato nel nostro acquisto). Inoltre, ne approfitto anche per ringraziare Vanessa, gentilissima e cordiale che si è occupata del post vendita.
Per quanto riguarda la consegna è stata molto puntuale.
Nulla da dire di più.. non mi rimane che consigliare assolutamente arredissima!!

Absolutely positive experience. It was the first time we went there because we did not know Arredissima but I must say that we were more than happy in fact we will be back more than certainly. The show room is really very well laid out and beautiful, but above all the furniture they offer is beautiful. Nothing to say about the sales service, really professional and good (Lorenzo in particular who accompanied us in our purchase). In addition, I also take this opportunity to thank Vanessa, very kind and friendly who took care of the after-sales service.
As for the delivery it was very punctual.
Nothing more to say .. I just have to recommend absolutely beautiful!

I mobili su misura sono stati fatti esattamente come avevo richiesto, soddisfando le mie esigenze nei minimi dettali, hanno realizzato il mio sogno. Consiglio vivamente di appoggiarsi a questa azienda. Io sicuramente mi rivolgerò a loro nuovamente per eventuali lavori futuri. Ringrazio il gruppo degli operai Sig. Iacob, Sig. Mario e Sig. Doren per la loro lavoro, sono stati puntuali, gentili e disponibili.
