Le comunicazioni di imperfezioni vengono raccolte dal venditore ( perfetto e competente), ma non supportate perfettamente dalla casa madre. Sofa more beautiful than good. Non siamo parenti!!! Gabriele, uno di loro, dopo averci mostrato e fatto toccare con mano la qualità e la comodità di ogni singolo prodotto, è stato capace, con leggerezza e professionalità, ad accompagnarci nella giusta scelta senza creare inutili pressioni. Il risultato è stato che abbiamo ordinato il nostro bello e soprattutto comodo divano Sanzio, che renderà la nostra casa ancora più accogliente, bella e soprattutto comoda. Escludo la sig.ra Simona da tutto ciò, la quale ha svolto il suo lavoro in maniera eccellente. Dopo 8 gg dal termine previsto per la consegna di un divano (Gabriel), la logistica non si degna nemmeno di rispondere e giustificare il ritardo, e neanche di fissare un'altra ipotetica data di consegna. Pessimi,..... Trattamento basso, i clienti non sono considerati e degni di spiegazioni. Una stella per poter recensire, se avessi potuto ad oggi neanche quella aspetto ancora qualche giorno, poi mi rivolgerò al servizio consumatori, e andrò ad ordinare il mio divano altrove. Un po’ per caso ci siamo imbattuti nei divani di questa azienda e siamo stati subito colpiti dall’originalità, dalla comodità e dal vastissimo assortimento di stoffe. Ma la marcia in più di Dondi Salotti Udine, bisogna dirlo, sono sicuramente i venditori. Noi siamo stati seguiti con estrema pazienza, professionalità e gusto da Gabriele che ci ha guidato e assistito nella scelta del modello e delle stoffe. Viviamo in Germania e l’ultima fase dell’acquisto l’abbiamo conclusa a distanza con videochiamate e messaggi. Gabriele é stato sempre super disponibile e senza di lui non credo che questo acquisto sarebbe andato a buon fine… il divano Spacer é ora nel nostro salotto ed é proprio bello come abbiamo sperato che fosse.
