Premessa: mi sono rivolto a loro praticamente per caso dopo una precedente esperienza negativa con un loro competitor che si vantava di essere produttore di divani e salotti. Dopo una veloce ricerca su Google, li "scopro" poco distanti da casa, lungo una strada che percorro da anni senza averli mai notati (gli esterni non rendono loro giustizia). Un po' scettico entro e vengo accolto da una signora cortesissima e soprattutto paziente, qualità che non si dovrebbero dare poi così tanto per scontate ultimamente. Nonostante avessi delle necessità/desideri difficili da conciliare, con professionalità ed esperienza, sono state prima riportate su carta, e poi nei tempi stabiliti (nonostante la complicazione Covid) il divano è stato prodotto e consegnato. Dalle parole ai fatti, senza seccature, ritardi o spiacevoli sorprese. CONSIGLIATISSIMI perché è giusto premiare chi lavora bene! The artisans of quality, the real ones! Premise: I approached them practically by chance after a previous negative experience with a competitor who prided himself on being a manufacturer of sofas and living rooms. After a quick Google search, I "discover" them not far from home, along a road that I have been traveling for years without ever having noticed them (the outsiders do not do them justice). A bit skeptical, I enter and am greeted by a very courteous and above all patient lady, qualities that shouldn't be taken so much for granted lately. Despite having some needs / desires that are difficult to reconcile, with professionalism and experience, they were first reported on paper, and then within the established time frame (despite the Covid complication) the sofa was produced and delivered. From words to deeds, without hassle, delays or unpleasant surprises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because it is right to reward those who work well!

Gli accordi erano di parlare col titolare per un preventivo più preciso. Mai più sentiti. Se queste sono le premesse... Il mio lavoro valeva esattamente quanto quello di un altro cliente. Sin dal inizio Elisetta ci ha consigliato e ha cercato di aiutarci a trovare una soluzione alle nostre esigenze di spazio e comodità creando assieme a noi il divano che desideravamo,senza fretta e con molta professionalità e gentilezza. Nicola poi si è occupato di assicurarsi a casa nostra che tutte le misure fossero giuste consigliandoci anche sul colore. Due persone a modo professionali ma soprattutto alla mano, cosa che oggi giorno non è purtroppo più facile da trovare. Grazie ancora per averci confezionato uno splendido divano. Nicola then took care of making sure in our house that all the measurements were right, also advising us on the color. Sono passato in negozio e si sono adoperati per procurarmi dei ganci nuovi di fissaggio che mi faranno pervenire a breve. Questo si chiama fidelizzare il cliente. I bought a sofa from Ennetre twelve years ago and it is still a comfortable sofa that is easy to remove and reassemble after washing. I went to the shop and they worked to get me some new fastening hooks that will be sent to me shortly. This is called customer loyalty.

Ti sa ascoltare, consigliare e alla fine ti consegna un prodotto di qualità indiscutibile. Noi cercavamo un divano che porti energia ad una stanza i cui mobili sono tutti bianchi e direi che il risultato parla da solo. I proprietari (moglie e marito) sono due persone squisite! Peccato non avervi conosciuti prima, ma solo a ristrutturazione ormai finita.. ma ci rifaremo con l'acquisto delle tende :) A very serious company that pampers you from the first moment you open the door. He knows how to listen to you, advise you and in the end he delivers you a product of indisputable quality. We were looking for a sofa that brings energy to a room whose furniture is all white and I would say that the result speaks for itself. The owners (wife and husband) are two exquisite people! Too bad we didn't meet you before, but only after the renovation is now over .. but we will make up for it with the purchase of the tents :)
