Tutto il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che dopo qualche mese, abbiamo fatto altri acquisti. Grazie di cuore! We have furnished our house with the furniture purchased from Dipo. The quality of the furniture is excellent, also easy to clean. All the staff are friendly and always available. We were so pleased that after a few months, we made more purchases. Thank you with all my heart!

Abbiamo fatto una cucina su misura ,rimasta 1 anno senza un anta.Alle nostre decine di telefonate abbiamo riscontrato una maleducata che mi ha detto che la mia parola non vale,che vale solo la sua.Mai sentita una cosa del genere. SIAMO ANDATI PER FEDERCONSUMATORI....per riuscire ad avere il lavoro della cucina fatto e anche questo di scarsa qualità. Non torno nemmeno a guardare il negozio.

Non sono in grado di evadere gli ordini entro i tempi garantiti (e sono ancora in attesa...a quanto pare sono 3 settimane che il prodotto che ho acquistato viaggia sul camion...ok) in azienda sembrano disponibili ma telefonicamente ben poco, anzi, quasi scocciati, dal tronde una volta che il cliente paga cosa importa? Pentito di aver dato denaro ad un'azienda del genere, sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque, anche perchè nella stessa zona ci sono altri negozi sicuramente più qualificati. Incompetence, lack of seriousness and respect for the customer. I am unable to fulfill orders within the guaranteed time frame (and I'm still waiting ... apparently it's been 3 weeks since the product I bought travels on the truck ... ok) in the company they seem available but very little by phone, indeed, almost annoyed, by the tronde once the customer pay what does it matter? I regret having given money to such a company, I strongly advise against anyone, also because in the same area there are certainly other more qualified shops.

Non rispondono MAI e se ti richiamano ti promettono cose che non manterranno. Il magazzino invece, 8 mesi fa, ho comprato un armadio e dopo aver portato fuori i pacchi, sono stati a guardarmi che smadonnavo dalla fatica a caricarli da solo. Questa volta, invece, hanno fatto tutto loro con un carico molto più pesante e voluminoso.?Mi hanno detto come parcheggiare l auto col rimorchio e mi hanno dato anche indicazioni per manovra. Bravi.? Mai vista una professionalità del genere. Gentili ed educati. Quasi quasi, bisognerebbe metterli al centralino...? Non do 5 stelle per il fatto del telefono. Al magazzino ne darei 6. A Marta che mi ha venduto il divano 7? Reading the reviews of this shop, a bit of fear comes to you ... Instead, all quite well except when you try to contact them by phone. They NEVER answer and if they call you back they promise you things they won't keep. The warehouse, on the other hand, 8 months ago, I bought a wardrobe and after taking out the parcels, they were watching me amazed by the effort to load them by myself. This time, however, they did it all with a much heavier and more voluminous load. ? They told me how to park the car with the trailer and also gave me directions for maneuvering. Bravi.? Never seen such professionalism. Kind and polite. Almost almost, they should be put on the switchboard ... ? I don't give 5 stars for the fact of the phone. In the warehouse I would give 6. La scelta è vasta e la qualità sembra adeguata; i prezzi risultano essere accessibili e competitivi. I had never been to Dipo and I must say it was a good experience. The choice is vast and the quality seems adequate; the prices are accessible and competitive. Andrea followed us and supported us in our choices with professionalism, kindness and sympathy. Update: after assembly I reiterate the goodness of the purchase.

Vania, che ci ha seguito, ha capito immediatamente ciò che volevamo. Ha progettato la cucina dei nostri desideri e in negozio abbiamo trovato anche la composizione per il nostro soggiorno. Entusiasti abbiamo firmato il contratto. Arrivati a casa abbiamo letto le recensioni su Dipo e ci siamo spaventati. Vania ci ha rassicurati e noi le abbiamo dato fiducia. Adesso abbiamo la nostra meravigliosa cucina montata, perfetta e consegnata nei tempi stabiliti. Siamo molto soddisfatti! Ringraziamo Vania per la pazienza e la la professionalità. Vogliamo inoltre sottolineare l'ottimo lavoro svolto dai montatori che hanno fatto un lavoro certosino. CONSIGLIAMO IL NEGOZIO. My husband and I went into the shop out of curiosity, we needed a kitchen and furniture for the living room. Our ideas were clear. Vania, who followed us, immediately understood what we wanted. He designed the kitchen of our wishes and in the shop we also found the composition for our living room. Enthusiastic we signed the contract. When we got home we read the reviews on Dipo and got scared. Vania reassured us and we trusted her. We now have our wonderful kitchen assembled, perfect and delivered on time. We are very satisfied! We thank Vania for her patience and professionalism. We also want to underline the excellent work done by the editors who have done a painstaking job. WE RECOMMEND THE STORE.
