★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino al momento della scelta del prodotto e del pagamento, non posso dire niente, tutto bene (preciso che al momento dell'ordine ho saldato interamente il conto). Dal momento in cui mi hanno comunicato che la merce era arrivata in magazzino a Buja (4 maggio, e ho dovuto chiamare io), solo note negative. Risposte al telefono con toni sgarbati, la promessa che avrei trovato la merce in magazzino a Tavagnacco dopo 2 giorni e poi ne sono passati più di 20, oltre alla scortesia al momento del ritiro. Non parlo dei prodotti, ma il personale sicuramente è pessimo.
Decisamente non ci tornerò. Pessimo.
Aggiornamento: è stato cortese da parte del titolare contattarmi per scusarsi e chiarire con lui i punti che hanno reso negativa la mia recensione, oltre alla consegna a domicilio di un collo che non mi era stato consegnato al momento del ritiro e di un presente. L'ascolto del cliente è, a mio modesto parere, fondamentale, soprattutto in questi casi. Bravissima e umilissima persona.

Update: the owner was courteous to contact me to apologize and clarify with him the points that made my review negative, in addition to the home delivery of a package that had not been delivered to me at the time of collection and a present. Listening to the customer is, in my humble opinion, fundamental, especially in these cases. Very good and humble person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata ieri con mio marito per rifacimento bagno. Ci ha seguito la signora Sonia,molto professionale, capace sia nell' ascoltare le nostre esigenze, sia nel consigliare dove sorgevano dubbi.
Nonostante fosse arrivato orario di chiusura non ci ha messo nessuna fretta, ha continuato a proporci soluzioni. Il preventivo mi è arrivato il giorno dopo.
Il primo impatto è stato ottimo! Dobbiamo tornare prossima settimana per definire dettagli. Speriamo di concludere,andare d'accordo e firmare!
