Ci ha spiegato per filo e per segno le loro modalità di produzione con grande chiarezza e anche onestà nel dire che magari la specifica tecnologia che si ritrova su prodotti "industriali" ancora non hanno avuto modo di svilupparla. La cosa migliore poi è il continuo chiedere e ragionare assieme al cliente su quali siano le esigenze del cliente stesso e il cercare di capire se la loro proposta le soddisferebbe o meno, senza la "paura" di perdere una vendita. Sono stata sempre accolta in modo gentile e disponibile... Alla fine ho comprato un divano in esposizione e ci ho fatto confezionare 2 puff con 2 cuscini con la stoffa scelta da me ... tutto bellissimo. Appena pronti i puff e i cuscini ci hanno consegnato a casa il tutto. Il divano è comodissimo ,alla prova in negozio ,sedendosi sembra duro,( ci hanno detto che loro li fanno così ) ma invece e comodissimo quando la sera ti distendi per guardare la TV. Sceglierei questo negozio altre mille volte. I bought a sofa from "divani Ursella" about 3 years ago .. before buying I went twice to visit the showroom to see the offers of the sofas on display because they had very good prices ... I was always welcomed in a kind and helpful way ... In the end I bought a sofa on display and I made 2 puffs with 2 cushions with the fabric of my choice ... all beautiful. As soon as the puffs and cushions were ready, they delivered everything to us at home. The sofa is very comfortable, tested in the shop, sitting down it seems hard, (we were told that they make them like this) but instead it is very comfortable when you stretch out in the evening to watch TV. I would choose this shop a thousand more times.
