Avevo esigenze particolari, scuri di grandi dimensioni, scorrevoli doppi con luce oltre 6 metri, finestre con aperture a bascula verticale, finestre scorrevoli... dopo 12 anni sono super contento, nessun problema, e devo dire che la laccatura bianca è ancora perfetta, sembra fatta ieri. Il venditore Michele trasmette la passione per il suo lavoro e spiega benissimo le differenze tra i vari prodotti. Raffaella, dell'ufficio amministrazione, è stata veramente molto disponibile e gentile nel darmi supporto per la compilazione della dichiarazione sul sito dell'ENEA per le detrazioni fiscali. Paolo è stato gentilissimo nel rispondere ad ogni mio dubbio. Non posso che essere molto soddisfatto sia dei serramenti sia per il post vendita. Che dire? Super consigliato!!! Vale sicuramente la pena farsi fare un preventivo. Sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'eccellenza sia del nuovo prodotto acquistato (infisso "INCANTO" legno-alluminio) che della posa in opera. Mi è stata fornita tutta l'assistenza necessaria, pre e post lavori, anche per le pratiche relative alla richiesta dei bonus per l'efficientamento energetico.
