★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, ci siamo fidati del venditore che pur di rifilarci la cucina ha inserito elettrodomestici pessimi, credevamo di aver fatto l'affare, vero... ma quando ti trovi il frigo che non raffredda, il forno che non scalda e la lavostoviglie che non lava e chiedi consiglio a veri professionisti che ti dicono che ti hanno rifilato il peggio... beh ci resti male. Non parliamo del servizio di montaggio: sbrigativi, sono arrivati anche con il pannello tagliato della misura sbagliata. SCONSIGLIATI
 Bad service, we trusted the seller who, in order to trim the kitchen, added bad appliances, we thought we had done the deal, true ... but when you find the fridge that does not cool, the oven that does not heat and the dishwasher that do not wash and ask for advice from real professionals who tell you that they have trimmed the worst ... well you feel bad about it. Let's not talk about the assembly service: hurry up, they also arrived with the panel cut to the wrong size. ADVISED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contro ogni previsione, ci siamo trovati particolarmente male, nonostante avessimo scelto Bergamin come marchio aspettandoci la massima serietà !!
Abbiamo acquistato mobili per cucina, soggiorno e camera da letto...spendendo una cifra ragionevolmente elevata e aspettandoci, di conseguenza, sia un’elevata qualità dei prodotti, che un’elevata qualità nel servizio !!
Ebbene, ad eccezione della cucina, abbiamo riscontrato problematiche sia con l’armadio della camera da letto, che con la mobilia del soggiorno...e, nonostante, le nostre immediate segnalazioni, abbiamo aspettato un mese buono perché venissero ad aggiustarci l’armadio e stiamo ancora attendendo che qualche addetto venga a visionare il danno al mobile del soggiorno (la cui portellina si è rotta alla prima apertura) !! Noi continuiamo ad aspettare...forse INVANO...che qualcuno si faccia vivo !!

Well, with the exception of the kitchen, we found problems both with the bedroom wardrobe and with the living room furniture ... and, despite our immediate reports, we waited a good month for them to come and fix our wardrobe and we are still waiting for someone to come and see the damage to the living room furniture (whose little door broke at the first opening) !! We continue to wait ... maybe INVANO ... let someone show up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in difficoltà a dare un giudizio in quanto esperienze precedenti per l'acquisto di diversi mobili sono sempre state positive. Pessima l'ultima, acquisto di una Madia di Presotto, che é arrivata a marzo difettata e danneggiata, é stata ritirata solo a inizio giugno causa covid, ci é stata riconsegnata e montata solo a settembre. Che dire se non fosse stato per il responsabile delle spedizioni di Bergamin a San Donà, che é stato di una professionalità e cortesia incredibili, sarei tentata a non ritornare. Il negozio che ha effettuato la vendita NON si è mai fatto sentire, neppure alla fine per scusarsi degli infiniti problemi che abbiamo avuto per questo mobile. Non lo trovo per nulla professionale.

The last one, the purchase of a Presotto sideboard, which arrived in March defective and damaged, was collected only at the beginning of June due to covid, it was returned to us and assembled only in September. What if it hadn't been for Bergamin's shipping manager in San Donà, who was incredibly professional and courteous, I would be tempted not to return. The shop that made the sale NEVER made itself heard, not even at the end to apologize for the endless problems we had with this piece of furniture. I don't find it professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le persone con cui ho configurato cucina sono state pazienti e competenti mentre chi l'ha montata ha avuto un approccio grossolano e tutt'altro che preciso, anche il materiale fornito aveva qualche imprecisione ad esempio il piano cucina non è tutto in battuta e ha luce in entrambe le estremità di qualche millimetro. Meglio non ordinare da loro se si esige qualità e professionalità visto che comunque si paga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bergamin costa di più. Però: il mobile mi è stato consegnato nei tempi, assemblato rapidamente, conforme alla descrizione. In quel periodo ho comprato diversi mobili da diversi negozi. Quella di Bergamin è stata di gran lunga l'assistenza migliore ricevuta. Nessun problema, a distanza di sei mesi. In conclusione: più soldi, per un prodotto migliore.
Bergamin costs more. However: the piece of furniture was delivered to me on time, quickly assembled, conforming to the description. During that time, I bought several pieces of furniture from different stores. Bergamin's was by far the best assistance received. No problem, six months later. Bottom line: more money, for a better product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensando di fare la scelta migliore ho convinto mia moglie ha comprare una cucina "veneta cucine" nel negozio di Magnano in Riviera, che dire mai fatta una scelta peggiore di questa nella mia vita. Il venditore S. disponibile e gentile nell'assistenza pre e post vendita ma montatori pressoché che precisi nell'eseguire il lavoro, arrivano con il top di marmo spaccato dicendo che l'avevano già ritirato così dal magazzino (io mi chiedo che senso avesse caricarlo in furgone e portarlo a casa dell'utente distrutto, cosa volevano dimostrare se già danneggiato, la loro innocenza?) A montaggio quasi ultimato manca anche un'anta ed abbiamo atteso oltre 15 giorni per avere la cucina completa. A distanza di quasi 3 anni dall'acquisto faccio presente che siamo alla 5 anta sostituita per rigonfiamenti e ad ogni segnalazione sentirmi dire che è normale mentre nelle precedenti abitazioni da me locate con cucine del noto marchio svedese mai successo una roba simile. La cappa Faber (pagata 600€ e consigliata dal venditore) ha smesso di funzionare perché il tasto con il calore dei fornelli si è praticamente bloccato. STATE LONTANI DA QUESTO MARCHIO VENETA CUCINE E NON FATEVI INGANNARE DAL NOME BERGAMIN

The seller S. available and kind in pre and post sales assistance but fitters who are almost precise in carrying out the work, arrive with the split marble top saying that they had already collected it from the warehouse as well (I wonder what sense it had to load it in the van and take it to the home of the destroyed user, what did they want to prove if already damaged, their innocence?) When assembly is almost completed, a door is also missing and we waited over 15 days to have the kitchen complete. Almost 3 years after the purchase, I would like to point out that the 5 door has been replaced due to swelling and at each report I am told that it is normal while in the previous homes I rented with kitchens of the well-known Swedish brand such a thing never happened. The Faber hood (paid for € 600 and recommended by the seller) has stopped working because the button with the heat of the stove has practically blocked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENETA CUCINE BRAND AND DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE NAME BERGAMIN

Vogliamo ribadire l'inesauribile pazienza e la proficua disponibilità che il Sig. Renzo ha messo in capo a fronte delle nostre incalzanti esigenze, esigenze che presso altri negozi non sono state recepite e trasformate in soddisfacenti proposte, così come è stato in grado di fare il Sig.
