★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualcosa è cambiato nell'ultimo periodo. Il negozio ha cambiato radicalmente format proponendo arredi da interni, ma soprattutto outdoor,.molto carini a prezzi competitivi. Rispetto al vecchio format lo trovo migliore e più in piena con quanto ricercato dai clienti. Inoltre è di fianco alla maison du monde, a cui fa ottima concorrenza!
Something has changed in the last period. The store has radically changed its format, offering indoor furniture, but above all outdoor furniture, very nice at competitive prices. Compared to the old format I find it better and more in full with what is sought by customers. It is also next to the maison du monde, to which it competes well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ma che negozio simpatico, anzi più che straordinario! Vi sono soluzioni, oggetti, ma soprattutto IDEE davvero inaspettate, utili, ben realizzate. Personale disponibile e ottimamente preparato. Anche senza avere necessità specifiche per la casa, un giro presso questo negozio è sempre foriero di ottime conseguenze. Spesso, dopo essere usciti, si pensa "devo tornarci per..."

Even without having specific needs for the home, a visit to this shop is always a harbinger of great consequences. Often, after going out, you think "I have to go back for ..."

Acquistati due lampadari di vetro e trovato uno dei due con il vetro rotto e l'impianto in corto. Riportato con scontrino per chiedere il cambio si sono rifiutati, adducendo che oramai era passato un mese dall'acquisto e che il vetro lo avremmo rotto noi estraendo il lampadario dalla confezione.
Ho fatto notare che le due opposizioni non giustificavano il loro rifiuto di cambiarlo perché il fatto che si rompesse estraendolo dalla confenzione non era un problema mio (cattivo oggetto e cattivo confezionamento) e la scusa del mese dall'acquisto non trova alcuna ragione legittima (la garanzia non dura un mese). Ma non hanno voluto farlo mostrando un notevole disinteresse per il cliente. Tenendo in considerazione che dovrebbero per giunta essere assicurati per questi inconvenienti.
Pessima esperienza e capitolo chiuso.
Absolutely disappointed and to be avoided.
Purchased two glass chandeliers and found one with broken glass and shorted plant. Reported with a receipt to ask for the change, they refused, alleging that a month had passed since the purchase and that we would have broken the glass by taking the chandelier out of the package.
I pointed out that the two oppositions did not justify their refusal to change it because the fact that it broke by extracting it from the package was not my problem (bad object and bad packaging) and the excuse of the month from the purchase does not find any legitimate reason (the warranty does not last one month). But they did not want to do it showing a notable lack of interest in the customer. Taking into account that they should also be insured for these inconveniences.
Bad experience and closed chapter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati oggi in questo negozio e volevamo acquistare dei piatti peccato che una volta alla cassa le cassiere (a parer nostro maleducate) hanno ritenuto che essendo 2 ragazzi giovani evidentemente non ne eravamo degni poiché ci hanno bellamente ignorato dopo che avevamo fatto la fila alle casse facendoci passare avanti il signore dietro. Credo che il rispetto sia alla base e sicuramente cercherò di non acquistare più in questo punto vendita.
We were today in this shop and we wanted to buy some dishes, it is a pity that once at the cashier the cashiers (in our opinion rude) felt that being 2 young boys we were obviously not worthy of it as they beautifully ignored us after we had queued at the cashiers making the gentleman behind us pass. I believe that respect is the basis and I will certainly try not to buy in this store again.

It is along the lines of Maison du Monde which is right next door. Normal prices, fair for what you find. Pleasant, tidy, well-kept store.
