Le ragazze, sempre gentilissime e pronte a consigliarti, si sono accorte che potevo usufruire di un ulteriore sconto e me l'hanno applicato immediatamente. Non succede in tutti i negozi, anzi, spesso ho riscontrato menefreghismo: qui da Bata a Fidenza c'e' invece grande professionalita' e attenzione al cliente!!!
I just came by to take advantage of the Bata Club discount that expired today. The girls, always very kind and ready to advise you, realized that I could take advantage of an additional discount and they applied it to me immediately. It does not happen in all the shops, on the contrary, I have often found indifference: here from Bata to Fidenza there is instead great professionalism and attention to the customer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per provare qualche piumino ma purtroppo la maggior parte era appesa troppo in alto, così non sono riuscita né a vedere la taglia né il prezzo ( io sono 1.65). La commessa gentilissima come tutte si è offerta nel caso avessi bisogno. Ok quindi cosa faccio chiedo il prezzo di ogni capo? No non fa per me quindi sono uscita senza comprare nulla. Consiglio: mettete uno di quei bastoni per gli abiti in modo cheil cliente si senta più libero. Come scarpe non mi sento di consigliare, il prezzo non è alto e nemmeno la qualità.
I went in to try some duvets but unfortunately most of them were hanging too high, so I couldn't see the size or the price (I'm 1.65). The very kind saleswoman like everyone offered herself in case I needed. Ok so what do I ask for the price of each item? No it's not for me so I went out without buying anything. Tip: put one of those clothes sticks so that the customer feels freer. As shoes I don't recommend, the price is not high nor the quality.
