Io e la mia amica siamo molto rilassate e non abbiamo particolari esigenze, ma difficilmente abbiamo riscontrato nel personale una maleducazione come da Baldinini situato al Fidenza Village. Non solo il personale è scortese, ma addirittura non seguono per nulla il cliente, nemmeno durante la prova scarpe che è durata in tutto 10 minuti, di lunedì pomeriggio, quando non c'erano che due persone oltre a noi nel negozio. Noi abbiamo comunque acquistato le scarpe, ma siamo rimaste davvero male. Maleducate e con facce tiratissime, nè un sorriso, nè un buona sera, nè tanto meno un grazie all'uscita. Sicuramente non torneremo, ma vi lasciamo un consiglio, per poter lavorare come si deve, imparate l'educazione, è molto importatante al giorno d'oggi più che mai! Così è successo anche ieri.. appena entrata ho notato una borsa nera che mi è subito piaciuta. La ragazza che mi ha servita è stata molto carina e gentile nel informarmi della promozione presente in negozio. Non solo prodotti di qualità ma anche staff altamente preparato è disponibile.
