★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato prodotti di qualità e prezzi buoni. Unico neo un solo commesso in negozio alle 14.00 con 4 clienti è troppo poco....tempi troppo lunghi e si corre il rischio che il potenziale cliente esca senza comperare.
 I found quality products and good prices. The only drawback a single clerk in the shop at 2.00 pm with 4 customers is too little .... too long and there is a risk that the potential customer will go out without buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro questo negozio. L'offerta è ampia e la qualità molto buona. Personale cortese ma c'è un turn over a cui non sia ta dietro. Sarebbe bello trovare le stesse commesse in modo da dare continuità al rapporto.
I love this shop. The offer is wide and the quality is very good. Courteous staff but there is a turnover that is not behind. It would be nice to find the same orders in order to give continuity to the relationship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio dall'estetica elegante con abiti per soddisfare diversi gusti. Purtroppo qualità dei tessuti non particolarmente adatta ai prezzi. Giacche da 300 euro made in china svalutano fortemente il prodotto, paragonandolo a marchi simili e superiori presenti all'interno del Village. Facendo un paragone rispetto a qualche anno fa, la qualità e la ricercatezza dei materiali va a perdersi.
Elegant aesthetic shop with clothes to suit different tastes. Unfortunately, the quality of the fabrics is not particularly suitable for prices. 300 euro jackets made in china strongly devalue the product, comparing it to similar and superior brands present in the Village. Making a comparison with respect to a few years ago, the quality and refinement of the materials is lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa avuta con una camicia comprata, sostituita e rilevatosi poi difettosa in una manica come da foto che allego.
I commessi mi cambiano una prima volta il prodotto senza però rifarmi lo scontrino, la seconda volta si rifiutano e mi dicono che devo contattare il servizio clienti Gutteridge perchè il prodotto è difettoso.
Il servizio clienti dice il prodotto è conforme e quindi non mi viene sostituito.
Tutto questo nel giro di un mese, non so neanche se è legale tutto ciò.
Hanno mostrato una scarsa attenzione al cliente, loro hanno fatto la loro valutazione e io ora farò le mie su dove andare ad acquistare le prossime volte. Sicuramente da un altra parte!
Negative experience with a shirt bought, replaced and then found to be defective in a sleeve as shown in the attached photo.
The shop assistants change the product for me the first time without redeeming the receipt, the second time they refuse and tell me that I have to contact Gutteridge customer service because the product is defective.
Customer service says the product is compliant and therefore I am not replaced.
All this within a month, I don't even know if this is legal.
They showed poor customer focus, they did their evaluation and I will now do mine on where to shop next time. Certainly somewhere else!
