★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La graziosa commessa in cassa, a mio parere, non è adatta al contatto con il pubblico.Poco prima di concludere l'acquisto stavo guardando in cassa, davanti a lei, sul mio smartphone, l'app Fidelity Pittarello,per guardare se avevo cumulato sconti e altro,commentando a voce, davanti a lei. Credo se ne fosse resa conto ma probabilmente non gliene fregava niente. Legittimo. In quel momento non c'erano altri clienti in attesa che la stessero distraendo. Ciononostante, la graziosissima Rebecca ha trascurato di chiedermi di acquisire la Fidelity card per caricare l'acquisto, nonostante credo avesse capito che stavo guardando sulla app fino al minuto prima. Alla mia rimostranza, ha replicato visibilmente scocciata e polemica che glielo "dovevo dire prima di pagare l'acquisto". Rappresento che il cliente puo' anche non sapere quando sia il momento "preciso" per mostrarla e registrare i punti. Ho riscontrato un atteggiamento indisponente,sicuramente indice di scarsa professionalità per la polemica accesa. A mio parere sarebbe stato sufficiente (e preferibile) chiedere semplicemente scusa per l'incomprensione. Avrebbe fatto più bella figura. Peccato..in bocca al lupo per il suo futuro professionale signorina, saluti.

 In my opinion, the pretty saleswoman at the cashier is not suitable for contact with the public. Just before completing the purchase I was looking at the cashier, in front of her, on my smartphone, the Fidelity Pittarello app, to see if I had accumulated discounts and more, commenting verbally, in front of her. I think she realized it but she probably didn't give a damn. Legitimate. At the time, there were no other customers waiting to distract her. Nonetheless, the very nice Rebecca neglected to ask me to acquire the Fidelity card to load the purchase, although I think she understood that I was looking on the app until the minute before. To my complaint, she replied visibly annoyed and controversial that "I had to tell him before paying for the purchase". I represent that the customer may not even know when the "precise" time is to show it and record the points. I found an irritating attitude, certainly an indication of lack of professionalism due to the controversy on. In my opinion it would have been enough (and preferable) to simply apologize for the misunderstanding. It would have made a better impression. Too bad .. good luck for your professional future miss, greetings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran negozio di scarpe e accessori duomo donna e bambino. In diversi periodi dell'anno (anche al di fuori dei saldi) si trovano prodotti di marca scontati. Rispetto alla grandezza del negozio, non ci sono moltissimi commessi per il resto bel negozio.
Large shop of shoes and accessories for men and women. At different times of the year (even outside the sales) there are discounted branded products. Compared to the size of the shop, there are not very many shop assistants and the rest of the shop is nice.
