★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esercizio non ha problemi e nemmeno il personale, ma il fatto che non venga accettato il pagamento con circuito Bancomat è assolutamente inaccettabile! Ti trovi alla cassa con gente davanti che non riesca a capire perché non accetta il proprio PIN e la cassiera (a conoscenza del problema) finge di attribuire il problema al PIN digitato male. Dopo parecchi minuti di coda quando finalmente tocca a me stesso problema ma, da l'impossibilità che abbia digitato male il PIN dopo alcuni tentativi e usando il bancomat fin dal 1984, chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto che il POS non accetta pagamenti con circuiti "Pago Bancomat" e "VPay". Non è possibile creare questi problemi soprattuto in un era in cui si va verso il pagamento elettronico escludendo ormai di fatto il contante. Si mettono in difficoltà le persone senza alcun beneficio o tornaconto! Per quanto mi riguarda, e non per scelta mia, non posso più fare acquisti al Maxi Zoo. Ringrazio chi fa queste scelte! Complimenti!

After several minutes of queuing when it is finally my turn to problem myself but, due to the impossibility that I have entered the PIN incorrectly after a few attempts and using the ATM since 1984, I ask for explanations and I am told that the POS does not accept payments with circuits " Pago Bancomat "and" VPay ". It is not possible to create these problems especially in an era in which we are moving towards electronic payment by now effectively excluding cash. People get in trouble without any benefit or gain! As for me, and not for my own choice, I can no longer shop at the Maxi Zoo. I thank those who make these choices! Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In negozio mi hanno proposto l’acquisto di antiparassitari Frontline in offerta 3x2, al momento del pagamento mi hanno però chiesto una cifra più alta di quella riportata sulla confezione, di fatto quindi l’offerta non era poi così conveniente, peccato che quando me ne sono accorta mi aveva già fatto lo scontrino, per non far polemiche davanti a tutti ho pagato, inutile dire che non tornerò mai più e sconsiglio gli acquisti in questo punto vendita.
