Professionalità, competenza e tanto amore per gli animali hanno risolto la situazione in maniera egregia, grazie mille Filippo !!!!
Perfect grooming! Filippo was very good with my cat Abelardo, not used to beauty care but with long hair soaked with machine oil and so I was desperate. Professionalism, competence and much love for animals have solved the situation in an excellent way, thank you very much Filippo !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia Lullaby per la prima volta in questo negozio per un bel bagnetto completo visto che il giorno prima aveva fatto la furba e mi era finita allegramente in una canaletta dei campi sporchissima.
Il primo impatto è stato positivo. Gentile, cortese e disponibile! Persona che ama gli animali, ti consiglia molto e ti ascolta.
Vista la distanza e il buon impatto che abbiamo avuto direi che se ci sarà occasione futura la porterò più che volentieri da lui ? nulla da togliere ad altri colleghi in zona! Altrettanto competenti magari.

I took my Lullaby for the first time to this shop for a nice full bath as the day before she had been clever and happily ended up in a very dirty gutter in the fields.
The first impact was positive. Kind, courteous and helpful! Person who loves animals, advises you a lot and listens to you.
Given the distance and the good impact we had, I would say that if there is a future opportunity I will more than willingly take it to him ? nothing to take away from other colleagues in the area! Equally competent perhaps.
