Purtroppo vale lo stesso appunto già fatto per un altro negozio qui vicino, la disponibilità delle addette non è il massimo: ho chiesto se nello Store c'era una particolare borsetta, dopo aver controllato per qualche minuto la commessa si gira dicendomi che non c'è e non sa se arriverà e soprattutto, visto che l'ho individuato sul sito, perché invece di cercarlo in negozio non lo prendo lì? Forse perché rispondendo così e adeguandomi io al suo consiglio, presto la ragazza non avrà più necessità di recarsi al lavoro.

Lo store è ben illuminato e ben pulito. I camerini sono essenziali ma puliti e privi di sporcizia, capi e grucce abbandonati. Il personale è molto attento, disponibile e professionale. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco che a ora di pranzo il personale non veda l'ora di uscire (come tutti noi), ma se l'orario di apertura è fino alle 12.30 non si può arrivare alle 12.15 e trovare già la saracinesca abbassata. Dovevo comprare un paio di cose al volo, sono andato in un altro negozio. Non credo tornerò più in questa OVS.
I understand that at lunchtime the staff can't wait to go out (like all of us), but if the opening time is until 12.30 you can't arrive at 12.15 and find the shutter already down. I had to buy a couple of things on the fly, I went to another store. I don't think I'll go back to this OVS.
