★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly (reluctant) service. Worst toast I ever ate in Italy (dry, not toasted properly and lousy ham) . Avoid that place.
Even skipped the coffee to get out as fast as possible… what a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, unprofessional and impolite staff in here. I was trying to have a lunch when it was not crowded at all ( around 16:00 ) so all the staff and waiters were avoiding serving people. Sat for around 10min waiting for a waiter to order my lunch then a very rude waiter ( couldn’t get his name, yet he is a grown man ) asked me to leave as i was waiting for so long and there were 5 persons searching for a place to sit ( even though the restaurant was almost empty ). Dont try this restaurant yet go to the other one called Parmamenu as the staff is so helpful and the food is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give it less than one star as there is NOTHING here that deserves a star. The place is absolutely filthy, with wasps flying all over the food, coffee grounds spilt everywhere, coffee itself served in dirty, used cups and bacteria-ridden cloths used to wipe up. Staff are totally unprofessional and don't seem to know what they're doing or really care. Please close this place down. Yuck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Place wasn't crowdy yet service was extremely slow. Prices on the menu aren't real as they make you pay much more later. Forget to bring drinks. Overall rude and unpleasant.

That kind of attitude shouldn’t belong into hospitality.
I don’t know why this man is so bitter but it is a constant complain and slacking people off.
This give a bad reputation to Fidenza village
