Passata in negozio a luglio per un armadio,ci passo una giornata intera con l'addetta alle vendite, misurato tutto al millimetro, conferma l'ordine. Una settimana dopo mi chiama per dirmi che il pannello non si può fare come mi aveva detto lei di fare, così ripasso in negozio e perdo un'altra mezza giornata, cambiando panello e pure due maniglioni perché la signora ha verificato che non andavano bene. Acconsento al cambiamento, mi assicurano che l'armadio sarebbe arrivato i primi di settembre. Quindi io ho smontato il vecchio armadio la prima settimana di settembre,vestiti sparsi ovunque per casa, l'armadio quando arriva????? Fine ottobre con due maniglioni sbagliati,senza il famoso panello e il colore sbagliato. Davvero nessun senso di correttezza. Non lo consiglio a nessuno,anzi!!!!!
I have never lived an experience like the one with you. I went to the store in July for a closet, I spend a whole day there with the sales clerk, measured to the millimeter, confirms the order. A week later she calls me to tell me that the panel cannot be done as she told me to do, so I go back to the shop and lose another half day, changing the panel and even two handles because the lady has verified that they were not right. I agree to the change, they assure me that the wardrobe would arrive in early September. So I took apart the old wardrobe the first week of September, clothes scattered all over the house, when the wardrobe arrives ????? End of October with two wrong handles, without the famous panel and the wrong color. Really no sense of fairness. I do not recommend it to anyone, on the contrary !!!!!
