Il proprietario vi indirizza sul tipo di tappeto che può fare per voi in base alla vostra disponibilità ed in base a dove dovete metterlo e che uso ne dovete fare. Vi spiega anche come pulirlo e lascia una manuale di istruzioni. Rilascia anche il certificato di provenienza del tappeto.
