★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andato 2 volte, la qualità è ottima, la cassiera è gentile e professionale, i colleghi poco educati dovrebbero prendere esempio da lei. Credo che l'approccio umano sia di vitale importanza. Per il resto puntuali è non ho mai riscontrato problemi tecnici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe opportuno segnalare sul sito che, per la consulenza e l'acquisto di luci, è richiesto l'appuntamento. Segnalarlo su di un foglio A4 appeso in un angolo in sede, quando ormai sei già lì, mi sembra un atto quanto meno superficiale. Inoltre, l'atteggiamento dei venditori mi è sembrato ingiustificatamente superficiale se non maleducato. Lodevole eccezione, la segretaria all'accoglienza. Tentare di acquistare qualcosa si è trasformato in una perdita di tempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marchiol= pessima esperienza,,personale con scarsissima professionalità e autocontrollo,,i prezzi sono da rivedere,,lo stesso kit citofono della bticino da Giovannini lo pago 20 euro in meno,,stessa cosa con un quadretto distribuzione ip41 della Gewis (stesse misure) ,,il buon Marchiol lo fa pagare 41 euro e lo si trova a 11 euro ,,questa è follia !!! Do un 5 stelle alla cassiera che è stata molto gentile e professionale. Aprite gli occhi gente ,,saluti
