I bought my s6 Samsung and within some months the touch was not working it had warranty went there and who attended me said It looked like Chinese fake phone until they saw my receipt, and did not try to see what was wrong with the phone. And wanted to send the phone away for 15days or more, I was not ok to stay more than 15 days without the phone .I took the phone to another place to fix it and they turn it on in a second.
Second time I bought 500 euro tv and got home the screen was broken the morning after I went there and I explained did not damage it, the images were showing clearly and they sent it to fix the screen, I called after a month for them to tell me I had to pay 470 euro.so i refused to pay the 470 euro because I was not the one who damaged it,decided to take the tv home and worse it couldn't turn on at all..so I decided to take it there again claiming at least for the image to show.the guy sent me to viale trieste to speak to the assistance . I found a woman and a guy who didn't even look at my face at all. As if they knew they knew what they did on the tv..went back to media world and the guy received it and kept it for another 20 days for them to write they tv can not be fixed at all .so as a client I lost 500 euro and nobody cared to look at my face..i have been to other media world in the United States, the customer service is worthy.. maybe the media world in viale tricessimo look at race but if this will be taken into consideration and change the customer service will help alot of people. People are playing with jobs and others complain they can't find Jobs in Italy.

On the positive side, the printer cartridge I was looking for was slightly less extortionate than buying it on Amazon.
