★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assistenza Jeep pessimo. Quando veniva gestito da aziende come Autostar il cliente veniva gestito in maniera seria e professionale qui no. Cliente da anni, oggi auto in panne e caricata su carro attrezzi chiesta disponibilità per il deposito dell’auto in attesa di riparazione secondo loro disponibilità diniego secco perché iniziano le vacanze domani. Alla richiesta di venirmi in contro perché in difficoltà la risposta immediata “non possiamo (vogliamo) aiutarla”.
Profonda delusione
Bad Jeep service. When it was managed by companies like Autostar, the customer was handled in a serious and professional way, not here. Customer for years, today car broken down and loaded on tow truck requested availability for the storage of the car awaiting repair according to their availability dry denial because the holidays begin tomorrow.
