Entro saluto e vedo due venditori che stanno prendendo il caffè, saluto e intanto guardo l'auto che sono interessato ad acquistare, passano alcuni minuti e nessun venditore si avvicina, decido di farlo io spiegando che ho bisogno di spiegazioni e preventivi. Un venditore scappa via al telefono e l'altro ancora con il caffè in mano di dice che è impegnano e mi accompagna da terzo venditore, anch'egli impegnato che nemmeno alzando lo sguardo rispondendo che è oberato di lavoro e che oggi proprio non può darmi le informazioni di cui ho bisogno. A questo punto mi viene succerito di prendere un'appuntamento, be' la mia risposta è stata arrivederci è grazie. Inutile nascondersi dietro a questo particolare periodo, il martedì mattina con la concessionaria vuota non si può mandare via un cliente, e anche inutile lamentarsi per le poche vendite, penso che ci vuole la voglia di lavorare e per fare il venditore bisogna soprattutto saperlo fare. Tuesday 23 February in the morning I decide to go to the dealership for a quote for the purchase of a car. By greeting and I see two salesmen who are having coffee, I say hello and in the meantime I look at the car I am interested in buying, a few minutes pass and no salesman approaches, I decide to do it by explaining that I need explanations and estimates. One salesman runs away on the phone and the other still with the coffee in his hand says he is busy and accompanies me as a third salesman, who is also busy who not even looking up and replies that he is overworked and that today he just can't give me the information I need. At this point I happen to make an appointment, well my answer was goodbye and thank you. It is useless to hide behind this particular period, on Tuesday morning with an empty dealership you cannot send a customer away, and also useless to complain about the few sales, I think you need the desire to work and to be a salesman you must above all know how to do it.

Durante il periodo di garanzia hanno tentato qualche soluzione di fortuna senza risolvere mai il problema per accorgersi dopo avergli lasciato il furgone per una giornata intera alla quinta volta che bisognava ordinare un ricambio. Ad oggi ogni volta che chiamo mi viene detto di aspettare una richiamata, passano settimane e mesi ma nessuna volta sono stato richiamato. E il problema allo sterzo ancora non è risolto. For more than a year I have been at the mercy of the steering malfunction of my new Opel Vivaro purchased from this dealer. During the warranty period they tried some luck solution without ever solving the problem to notice after leaving the van for a full day on the fifth time that a replacement had to be ordered. To date, every time I call I am told to wait for a call back, weeks and months go by but I have never been called back. And the steering problem is still not solved.
M	Marco Cudicio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 12 ottobre 2021 mi reco presso il concessionario Unicar di Tavagnacco (UD) per il tagliando dei 10.000 Km. alla mia Opel Astra ST 15. diesel. All'atto dell'accoglienza mi riceve un meccanico che dichiara che per cambiare l'olio + il filtro dell'olio ci avrebbe impiegato 1 ora e mezza. Alle mie rimostranze afferma che il tempo "è quello"..... Chiedo cortesemente che tipo di olio mi sarebbe stato messo nell'auto; mi risponde il solito Dexos 2 SAE 5W30. Rispondo che la casa prescrive invece, per i motori diesel, il SAE 0W20 (OV0401547) come indicato sul libretto di uso e manutenzione e sul tappo dell'olio all'interno del vano motore. Mi risponde che lui lavora lì da 4 anni ed a tutti i diesel mette sempre il 5W30 (ne avranno bancali pieni) e aggiunge che, tra l'altro, il SAE 0W20 neanche lo possiedono!!!! Ribatto che anche altre Opel in mio possesso (Karl 1.0 benzina e Opel New Corsa diesel adottano lo stesso olio. Mi risponde che la General Motors si è sbagliata e che sicuramente è stato un refuso di stampa.... (anche sui tappi dell'olio?????). Vergognoso!!!!! Conclusione: 200 Euro x 4 litri d'olio + un filtro olio e 1,20 ore di lavoro (valore commerciale 40 euro scarsi). Grazie Unicar. Sicuramente al prossimo tagliando sarò il primo della fila davanti all'accettazione....e guai a chi mi passa davanti!!!!!!!!!!!! On 12 October 2021 I go to the Unicar dealer in Tavagnacco (UD) for the 10,000 km service on my Opel Astra ST 15. diesel. He replies that he has been working there for 4 years and always puts the 5W30 on all diesels (they will have full pallets) and adds that, among other things, they don't even own the SAE 0W20 !!!! I reply that other Opels in my possession (Karl 1.0 petrol and Opel New Corsa diesel adopt the same oil. He replies that General Motors was wrong and that it was certainly a misprint .... (even on the caps of the oil ?????). Shameful !!!!! Conclusion: 200 Euros x 4 liters of oil + an oil filter and 1.20 hours of work (commercial value 40 Euros scarce). Thanks Unicar. Surely at the next coupon I will be the first in line in front of the check-in .... and woe to those who pass in front of me !!!!!!!!!!!!

Appointment in the workshop at 2 pm, then I am on the street, there is no place to wait, there is but the dealership opens at 2.30 pm and we are in January.
