E Vi prego cari mastercar evitate risposte...entrambi sappiamo come è andata.Ringrazio di cuore il mio legale. I give 1 star just to be able to review. Mi aspettavo anche un tagliando pre vendita ma a un mese dall'acquisto è comparso il messaggio di manutenzione programmata..mea culpa che non l'ho richiesto e non ho controllato. Per il resto nessun problema! Serious, kind and competent. The only flaw is the coachbuilder to whom they turned to debrandize the van I bought, definitely not very delicate. I was also expecting a pre-sale coupon but a month after purchase the scheduled maintenance message appeared ..mea culpa that I did not request it and did not check. For the rest, no problem!

Mi ha assistito in tutta la fase della trattativa e poi dell'acquisto preparando in modo meticoloso la documentazione prevista. Nel giro di una settimana mi ha consegnato l'auto ( Passat Variant 1.6 ) . E' valsa la pena percorrere più di 200 km per acquistare il mio veicolo! In questi giorni sto acquistando un'altra auto .... ;) PS : ci tengo a precisare che non sono nè un rivenditore nè un commerciante..... Grazie e a presto! B	Barbara De Corte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera delusione, ci fanno vedere un auto, vista su Autoscout24, completamente sporca, omettono diverse situazioni e problematiche della stessa, delle quali siamo venuti a conoscenza solo dopo aver lasciato un acconto e aver avuto la possibilità (a conto nostro) di parlare con il meccanico che l'ha visionata prima della consegna. Non danno nessuna garanzia con la scusa che le auto usate no possono avere garanzia sui pezzi di ricambio perchè appunto usata, invece la vera motivazione è che sanno già che l'auto avrà problemi e te la vendono comunque, agli ignari acquirenti che non essendo meccanici non possono sapere. veramente vergognosi! Quindi i numerevoli commenti negativi di questo rivenditore si manifestano nella realtà... è il caso di dire, NON PROVARE ma CREDERE... Statene alla larga! A real disappointment, they show us a car, seen on Autoscout24, completely dirty, they omit various situations and problems of the same, of which we became aware only after leaving a deposit and having had the opportunity (on our own) to speak with the mechanic who inspected it before delivery. They do not give any guarantee with the excuse that used cars cannot have a guarantee on spare parts because they are used, instead the real reason is that they already know that the car will have problems and they sell it to you anyway, to unsuspecting buyers who are not mechanics they cannot know. really ashamed! So the numerous negative comments of this retailer manifest themselves in reality ... it is appropriate to say, DON'T TRY but BELIEVE ... Stay away!

I don’t mind paying a fair price, but they went above and beyond to ensure I will encourage everyone I know to NEVER buy a car from these guys.
