Non abitando in Friuli per il ritiro dell'auto mi e stato offerto una notte in un Bellissimo Hotel. Infine ma non meno importante, la macchina mi è stata consegnata con il pieno di benzina..non per il valore economico ma è stata una gentilezza che ho veramente apprezzato.. Sono stato seguito da Massiniliano Montegnacco, che dire sempre disponibile e reperibile, addirittura mi ha dato il suo numero di cellulare e restavamo in contatto per qualsiasi cosa. Siamo riusciti a fare il test drive di domenica visto che è l'unico giorno libero che ho perché era aperta la concessionaria mentre tutte le altre erano chiuse. Massimiliano ci ha consigliato in fase di configurazione e ci ha seguito finché l'auto non è arrivata e anche dopo. Ovviamente dell'auto sono soddisfattissimo. Brava mamma Lexus. TOP service! Eros il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato la macchina è super competente e simpatico. Noi abbiamo acquistato una Corolla.... mio marito non finisce di dire quanto sia soddisfatto!!!!! Faccio fatica a credere possa succedere non a proposito. La serietà non è di casa. Poorly trained staff. Strongly not recommended. Practice management for superficial and ambiguous regional contribution as much as to lose it. I find it hard to believe that this can happen not by the way. Seriousness is not at home.
