Non posso dire altrettanto per l'officina, al primo tagliando mi sono stati addebitati lavori non previsti inizialmente, senza chiedermi l'autorizzazione (purtroppo erano entro il 20% previsto per legge e non ho potuto contestare formalmente) e poi, fanno ancora pagare il liquido lavavetri, come facevano le peggiori officine negli anni '90. Non credo che gli affiderò più la mia auto.
Courtesy, professionalism and availability, reliable dealer. I cannot say the same for the workshop, at the first service I was charged for work not initially foreseen, without asking me for authorization (unfortunately they were within the 20% required by law and I could not formally contest) and then, they still charge the washer fluid, as the worst workshops did in the 90s. I don't think I'll trust him with my car anymore.
