P	Patrik De Nardin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, Sono andato in questo negozio Unieuro per effettuare il reso di un paio di auricolari bluetooth, ho effettuato la procedura per il rimborso direttamente dal sito, quindi munito di etichetta di reso sono andato in negozio per riportare la merce. Una volta al banco telefonia mi è stato detto che non potevano accettare gli auricolari anche se sul sito il reso era ammesso, perché scartati e quindi utilizzati, non lasciandomi spiegare nulla (il commesso non gli ha nemmeno aperti per controllare lo stato, gli ho utilizzati solo una volta per poi accorgermi del fastidio che mi provocavano i gommini), in più ha detto che a causa del Covid non potevano accettare resi (???). Sono andato al centro Unieuro di città fiera dove ho potuto effettuare il reso senza il minimo problema, ricevendo oggi il rimborso. Consiglio quindi di aggiornare i commessi sulla policy di resi. Once at the telephone counter I was told that they could not accept the earphones even if the return was allowed on the site, because they were discarded and then used, not letting me explain anything (the salesman did not even open them to check the status, I used them only once and then I noticed the annoyance that the rubbers caused me), plus he said that due to Covid they could not accept returns (???). I went to the Unieuro center of the city fair where I was able to return without the slightest problem, receiving a refund today. I therefore recommend updating the shop assistants on the returns policy.
E	Elvio Bozzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di Tavagnacco. Mi ci reco perché avendo visto un prodotto in promozione ho provato a cercarlo presso il negozio di Città Fiera. Li il prodotto, esposto ad euro 259,90, risulta a esaurito. Mi invitano a rivolgermi appunto al negozio di Tavagnacco. Arrivato, mi sento dire dall'operatore che quel prodotto era impossibile fosse a quel prezzo. Insisto sul fatto di averlo visto con i miei occhi presso l'altro negozio, e di essere lì perché inviato dalla sua collega con un "vada che forse ne hanno ancora". L'azienda è la stessa, epouro il prezzo no (Il prodotto è però disponibile). Esco, piuttosto seccato. Perché le 4 stelle? Perché a questo punto, già in parcheggio, vengo rincorso dall'operatore che, interessatosi, ha più o meno parzialmente capito dove fosse l'errore, e mi chiede di rientrare. Ergo, l'errore constava in una somma di sconti non effettuata, e comunque non porto via il prodotto al prezzo cui l'avevo visto, anche se in ogni caso con un sensibile sconto. Apprezzo però tantissimo l'interesse dimostrato, e la rincorsa in parcheggio pur di dare un servizio al Cliente. Questo varrebbe 10 stelle, naturalmente però incide l'inefficienza dell'altro punto vendita, ed il prezzo a cui alla fine ho acquistato il prodotto, che non era quello segnalato nell'altro negozio. Ergo, the error consisted in a sum of discounts not carried out, and in any case I do not take the product away at the price I had seen it, even if in any case with a significant discount. However, I really appreciate the interest shown, and the run-up to the parking lot in order to provide a service to the customer. This would be worth 10 stars, but of course it affects the inefficiency of the other store, and the price at which I eventually bought the product, which was not the one reported in the other store.
