La differenza, sia in termini di isolamento che di acustica, è stata sorprendente. Lo consiglio a tutti così come la meticolosità e la precisione degli installatori della ZANIRATO SRL di Tolmezzo. I changed all the doors and windows (as many as 20 doors and windows) by installing the PVC + aluminum Internorm combination: an excellent product, solid and functional !!! L'esposizione è curata, con un'ampia gamma di prodotti per tutte le esigenze. Tempi di consegna normali, considerando che si tratta sempre di realizzazioni su misura (6-7 settimane) importate dall'Austria. Il prezzo si posiziona poco al di sopra delle alternative dei distributori locali, ma la qualità Internorm è un altro mondo rispetto ai prodotti di import est-europeo proposti altrove. L’azienda è molto attenta al marketing, con iniziative finalizzate all’autopromozione ed alla presentazione dei prodotti sempre in aggiornamento. Premetto che non conoscevo nel dettaglio il brand INTERNORM, la cui qualità e prestazione dei manufatti non sono in discussione. Ho trovato ottimo ed ho particolarmente apprezzato l’approccio tecnico e la conoscenza approfondita del prodotto commercializzato da parte del personale tecnico-amministrativo. Buona e tempestiva l’assistenza tecnica post-montaggio, grazie a Ivan che si è sempre dimostrato pronto e disponibile. Una nota di merito a Stefano per le piccole e continue attenzioni personali riservate ed apprezzate dal cliente, dimostrate già dalla fase preliminare e contrattualistica e fino a lavori ultimati. Mi permetto di citare Eros, della sede di Tolmezzo, che ha risolto con fantasia ed entusiasmo alcuni aspetti di completamento e dettaglio che si sono rei necessari in corso d’opera. Le squadre operative sono affiatate, competenti e preparate; tuttavia, vanno seguite e a volte limitate nelle iniziative personali in cantiere. I state that I did not know in detail the INTERNORM brand, whose quality and performance of the artifacts are not in question. I found it very good and I particularly appreciated the technical approach and in-depth knowledge of the product marketed by the technical-administrative staff. Good and timely post-assembly technical assistance, thanks to Ivan who has always proved to be ready and available. A note of merit to Stefano for the small and continuous personal attention reserved and appreciated by the client, demonstrated already from the preliminary and contractual phase and up to completed works. I would like to mention Eros, from the Tolmezzo office, who has solved some aspects of completion and detail that were necessary in the course of work with imagination and enthusiasm. The operating teams are close-knit, competent and prepared; however, they must be followed and sometimes limited in personal initiatives on site.

La scelta dei serramenti e dell'installatore è stata dettata in primo luogo dalla difficoltà di trovare ditte in grado di risolvere diversi problemi di installazione e alla fine dal grado di competenza del tecnico che si notava già al primo sopralluogo. Siamo contenti del lavoro svolto, dei materiali e dell'attenzione dimostrata nei confronti del cliente dal venditore che è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze e dal tecnico sempre disponibile. Premesso che non siamo ancora in grado di valutare pienamente il vantaggio energetico (limitato utilizzo e temperature esterne alte), abbiamo comunque riscontrato un miglioramento termico di 2 - 3 gradi ad impianto spento. Se anche l'assistenza sarà come immaginiamo, possiamo ritenerci pienamente soddisfatti. In October we replaced old windows with new Internorm ones. Given that we are not yet able to fully assess the energy advantage (limited use and high external temperatures), we have however found a thermal improvement of 2 - 3 degrees with the system off. If the assistance will also be as we imagine, we can be fully satisfied.

Ci siamo rivolti alla sede di Tolmezzo perchè aveva un vasto showroom e Stefano e Ivan ci hanno seguito con professionalità e pazienza. Abbiamo scelto serramenti in PVC e alluminio , alcuni con scuretti, altri con sistema oscurante. Hanno un buon isolamento termico e acustico e questo ci ha permesso di avere la casa in classe energetica A4; inoltre si puliscono facilmente cosa molto importante. Le porte interne della Garofoli sia a battente che scorrevoli hanno un design moderno con linee pulite ed essenziali. Il portoncino d'ingresso in alluminio è proprio come lo volevamo ,bello e solido. Siamo davvero.soddisfatti della scelta. Per l'assistenza post-vendita e manutenzione adesso ci rivolgiamo alla sede di Tavagnacco -Finestra 4 e sono sempre disponibili e rapidi. R	Ruggero Panigutti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono passati 5 anni da quanto il Gruppo Finestra 4 mi ha sostituito gli infissi di casa con i nuovi Internorm KV440-IV40, alcuni dei quali configurati con il sistema I-Tec di ventilazione automatica con recupero. Tutti erano perplessi della mia scelta, esagerata per molti rispetto alla dimensione del mio appartamento! E poi isolare i cassonetti e le tendine! Perchè esagerare con tante spese,...inutili. Ma oggi fatte le debite considerazioni economiche, tenuto conto dell'importante investimento iniziale posso dire di aver soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative, economiche e di comfort. La ventilazione integrata nel telaio del serramento KV440 è molto efficace sopratutto nei bagni ed in cucina. La soluzione è perfetta per le riqualificazioni in appartamenti e garantisce un corretto ricambio d'aria filtrata, recuperando anche energia . Ridotto i costi di riscaldamento di oltre il 30%; risolto il problema delle muffe in camera e bagni e dentro i cassonetti; risolto il problema delle fiorescenze di graminacee....che invadevano la camera della figlia allergica ad ogni apertura giornaliera delle finestre....Molto bene , soldi spesi bene e recuperati prima del previsto con il beneficio fiscale! Uno spettacolo come ombreggiatura nel reparto giorno, buon oscurate nel reparto notte... Poi il fatto di non avere le tende o quant'è altro da lavare è il massimo! Il portoncino d' ingresso della "Pirnar" è bellissimo.....Serramenti da formula 1 ! ??? Very beautiful windows with top insulation and acoustics!
