Devo però evidenziare che il sistema di prenotazione delle visite specialistiche è totalmente da rivedere. In sintesi, bisogna chiamare il centralino per parlare con un operatore che poi farà richiamare qualcun altro successivamente, magari quando sei occupato e non puoi rispondere! Se però rispondi e chiedi di esser richiamato perché in quel momento sei impegnato, la risposta è che devi rifare tutta la trafila! In sintesi, è il cliente/paziente che deve adattarsi alla disponibilità del loro centralino, francamente un sistema cosi inefficiente è inconcepibile per una struttura privata. Excellent structure in medical terms, I have been using it for the whole family for years with satisfaction. However, I must point out that the system for booking specialist visits is totally to be reviewed. In summary, you have to call the switchboard to speak to an operator who will then call someone else back later, perhaps when you are busy and cannot answer! However, if you answer and ask to be called back because you are busy at that moment, the answer is that you have to redo the whole process! In summary, it is the customer / patient who has to adapt to the availability of their switchboard, frankly such an inefficient system is inconceivable for a private facility.

La struttura è molto organizzata , già nell’arco della mattinata avevo terminato le analisi di rito pre operazione . Il trattamento in day ospital con camera privata ( un po’ vecchiotta ma pulita e tenuta bene) con Sky in camera , Wi-Fi gratis . Personale gentilissimo e medici eccellenti. Grazie al dott. Andrea Fiore che mi ha operato . Consigliato I recently operated on at the facility for a meniscus surgery. The structure is very organized, already during the morning I had finished the pre-operation ritual analyzes. The treatment in day hospitality with a private room (a little old but clean and well kept) with Sky in the room, free Wi-Fi. Very kind staff and excellent doctors. Thanks to dr. Andrea Fiore who operated on me. Recommended

T	Tom Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place seemed like a third world clinic. From the name, it sounds like a good place for Americans to go, but it was a terrible experience. They speak almost no English. Their facility is old. I was taken (by the doctor) from the Waiting room to a 3rd floor exam room. When we got off the elevator, the entire floor was dark (no lights) and there were no people. Xrays were take and the doctor, with no computer in the tiny office, hand-wrote the visit in Italian cursive. It was not expensive for a private pay facility, but do not expect typical American care here.
