★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo laDHL ha creato disagio con il loro disservizio. Nonostante mio numero di cellulare era scritto sul pacco, il quale la filiale tedesca non ha messo l'indirizzo e senso una spesa fatta presso Amazon e i miei contatti telefonici con il loro call center a pagamento assai caro ed inefficace.
Non si sono degnati di contattarmi e abbiamo dovuto pagare un taxi per andare a ritirare il pacco. No mi fido mai più dela DHL la quale ritenevo competente.
Incollo le email scambiate inutilmente.
DHL reply said that only sender / owner of contract can request refund. So in this case I request you to take action based on email below and request formally refund of my costs to get this product by my self due series of errors in post/delivery

I am waiting for your check from your side to identify what happened and explanations for:
1) why address (street name and number was wrote my name)?
2) who printed that tag with wrong address?
3) why nobody call me or sender?
4) why even I am call to DHL on 14th and report new address and urgency to delivery my package still on hold for 3 data?
I am waiting this to appoint responsibilities and request refund.
