★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosso e un po' caotico. Non sembra esserci la mitica efficienza Amazon, ma la varia umanità e la discreta disponibilità di tutti mi ha fatto recuperare il pacco mal spedito. Sembra lontanissimo, in realtà è a una mezz'ora di macchina da centro, quasi a ridosso del GRA. Tor Sapienza, più che la Rustica.
 Big and a bit chaotic. There does not seem to be the mythical Amazon efficiency, but the various humanity and the discreet availability of all made me recover the badly shipped package. It seems very far away, in reality it is a half hour drive from the center, almost close to the GRA. Tor Sapienza, more than the Rustica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero non capisco la grande quantità di stroncature e basse valutazioni di questo corriere. io ho ricevuto un paio di volte dei pacchi spediti dall'Olanda e mi sono arrivati in tre giorni lavorativi. addirittura, la consegna è stata fatta con un'ora di anticipo rispetto ai tempi prestabiliti dalla stessa Bartolini. e hanno pure l'accortezza di non lasciarti i pacchi pesanti per strada, ma di portarteli vicino alla porta dell'ascensore
I really don't understand the large amount of slating and low ratings this courier has. I have received packages sent from Holland a couple of times and they arrived in three working days. even, the delivery was made one hour earlier than the time set by Bartolini herself. and they also have the foresight not to leave the heavy packages on the street, but to bring them to you near the elevator door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst in the world of the worst, and beyond. would never bring a package home, not even if you are on a wheelchair. they don't call to say they're on their way. They'll be pissed if you're not home and will try to leave stuff at whatever random place, even if expensive. so horrid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with any courier services i had. My address was most easily accessible, but they insisted to pickup the package from the warehouse as the system misses last few letters of my address (which was not my fault). And adding to that, they gave me only one day time (the very next day of the telephonic conversation) to collect the package as they were not even interested in noting down those missing letters of my address, which cost me 1 day loss of pay.
