Disponibile a capire la necessità del cliente e consegnare il ricambio esatto. Per il servizio offerto sembra di entrare da un ricambista svedese o olandese o britannico.
Unico neo la lunga attesa in fila ma giustificata proprio dalla cura che dedicano ai clienti che precedono.
 Place where the original spare parts of all IVECO and NEWHOLAND vehicles are available. Exact, precise, courteous staff. Willing to understand the customer's need and deliver the exact spare part. For the service offered it seems to come in from a Swedish or Dutch or British spare parts dealer.
The only drawback is the long wait in line but justified precisely by the care they dedicate to the previous customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanno fare molto bene il loro lavoro oltre ad essere onesti, rapidi e professionali. Un guasto di media entità riparato in 24 ore, hanno inoltre trovato e risolto, nello stesso tempo, le cause di alcuni problemini nascosti che da tempo affliggevano il mezzo; cosa che difficilmente normali meccanici sarebbero riusciti a fare.
Mi è stato spiegato tutto ciò che è stato fatto con dovizia di particolari.
Il costo della manodopera non è orario ma a unità lavorativa, quindi si paga la lavorazione del singolo componente e costa 5.25€.

A medium-sized failure repaired in 24 hours, they also found and resolved, at the same time, the causes of some hidden problems that had plagued the vehicle for some time; something that hardly normal mechanics would have been able to do.
Everything that has been done in detail has been explained to me.
The cost of labor is not hourly but per work unit, therefore the processing of the single component is paid and costs 5.25 €.
