★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, please do not choose your shipment with SDA as a main carrier, on 21st Jan 2021 I have to receive a courier, but they didn't deliver, after a call they said we can't deliver to your location. You can come and collect at our office...I really didn't understand, this is how you treat your customers... Well I never ever use SDA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can´t believe it. Before sending a package be sure the destination is safe and somebody waiting home. Otherwise if your item ends up here, it will be LOST. Non ho parole, per descrivere il disservizio di questa "azienda". imbrazzante

No trial to deliver, no possibility to get in touch with them, my pack is coming back to the sender without a single note to me. DO NOT USE THIS a SERVICE, it is a waste of money and effort, not ethic! Never again, and for the future I will ask whoever works with / for me to carefully avoid them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lying about your package being delivered to your house but they never show up, try and contact them but it's impossible.
To sum everything up in a few words? The worst I've ever seen.
Do NOT recommend.
