S	Susanna Neglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono andata a ritirare i biglietti ed era chiuso. oltre che molto probabilmente ero in casa quando hanno lasciato l'avviso, al telefono non rispondono. il disco dice che gli uffici sono aperti. poi va lì in orario, alle 16,00 di venerdì e lo trovi chiuso senza neanche un avviso. sono senza parole. ed ho pure pagata cara la spedizione a casa. I went to collect the tickets and it was closed. as well as most likely I was at home when they left the notice, they don't answer the phone. the record says the offices are open. then go there on time, at 4.00 pm on Friday and find it closed without even a warning. I'm speechless. and I also paid dearly for the shipping home.

Sono passati VENTI giorni e dei biglietti neanche l'ombra: a parte il terrore di aver buttato i miei soldi, non vedendomi recapitare quanto ho acquistato, è evidente che la piattaforma si appoggia a questo corriere vergognoso che è praticamente irraggiungibile (gli orari per chiamare l'assistenza sono pochissimi e in momenti della giornata in cui non tutti possono telefonare) e il pacco è TOTALMENTE irrintracciabile perché il codice che forniscono porta a una pagina vuota. Chissà in quanti, come me, hanno effettuato questa DONAZIONE di 10€ per una spedizione che non avverrà mai, anzi, bisogna andare in loco a prendersi ciò che bisognava ricevere a casa. Di sicuro, con tutti i soldi che guadagnano per queste FINTE SPEDIZIONI potrebbero rinnovare il personale e alzargli gli stipendi, chissà che magari non gli venga voglia di lavorare. DONATION TO ITALPOSTE I spent € 170 for two tickets for a concert on Ticketone, plus € 10 for shipping. Twenty days have passed and not even the shadow of tickets: apart from the terror of having thrown my money, not seeing me deliver what I purchased, it is clear that the platform relies on this shameful courier who is practically unreachable (the times to call assistance are very few and at times of the day when not everyone can call) and the package is TOTALLY untraceable because the code they provide leads to a blank page. Who knows how many, like me, have made this DONATION of € 10 for a shipment that will never happen, on the contrary, you have to go on site to get what you had to receive at home. For sure, with all the money they earn for these FAKE SHIPMENTS they could renew their staff and raise their salaries, who knows maybe they might not want to work.

Ho ordinato dei biglietti per un concerto da TicketOne, 10 euro per la spedizione e hanno detto di non aver trovato nessuno in casa quando palesemente non ci hanno neanche provato ad effettuare la consegna; arrivo al punto di ritiro alle 17:30 (orario di chiusura 18:00) e trovo le serrande abbassate, tra l'altro se non avessi chiesto a qualcuno lì vicino non sarei neanche stato certo che fosse il posto giusto, dato che non c'è un'insegna. Ho effettuato la spedizione di 3 importanti raccomandate in data 11.10.2021 per un costo di 27 euro circa totale. Oggi, 18 ottobre, le raccomandate sul sito di poste, a cui hanno affidato la gestione della spedizione, non risultano nemmeno lavorate... come se non le avessero mai spedite. Attualmente sto assistendo ad uno scarica barile di colpe tra loro e Poste italiane. Se l'avessi saputo prima, avrei preferito di gran lunga farmi la fila in uno sportello delle Poste. Ad oggi 25 ottobre, dopo ben 14 giorni, le raccomandate risultano ancora non prese in carico. Ho chiesto ed ottenuto il rimborso della somma versata, ma purtroppo nelle raccomandate erano contenuti dei documenti molto importanti con dati ultra sensibili. Mai si più con Italposte! Amazon mi avverte che il corriere alle 9:54 ha trovato chiuso!! Ho subito annullato ordine e mi sono fatto rimborsare. Mai più Neat mobile phone cover, I choose this collection point even though I usually use many others in the area, obviously how does it end? Amazon warns me that the courier at 9:54 has found it closed !! I immediately canceled my order and got a refund. Never again
