It does not work. I am a little bit out of Rome and I am delaying all the Amazon packages for several days. Never happened with other couriers. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather unprofessional (woman talked on a personal call for a few minutes instead of helping me) and unable to provide the simple service I required, which was to send a document abroad with a prepaid return included. After a good 15 minutes of trying, she gave up and said it was impossible. Another ups courier I found was indeed able to provide this service.
