★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. After leaving my laptop at FCO's security, I contacted Pelican Express Courier Service. Airport Lost/Found were not very helpful but Alessandro and his team went above and beyond to help secure it from FCO Lost/Found and even sent me a picture of it to confirm it was the correct laptop. They packaged/wrapped it so well it could have survived a drop from top of St. Peter's Basilica. Throughout the process they provided updates and replied to my emails within hours, even on the weekends. It was almost like having a friend in Rome! Thank you Alessandro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FCO Lost and Found referred me to Pelican Express after I had accidentally left my computer in a coffee shop near my boarding gate. I called Pelican from the States and it took them just four days to pick up my laptop from FCO Lost and Found and Fedex it to me in the USA. It helped that I furnished them with the laptop's serial number. Pelican Express was responsive at every step of the way -- a very reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Pelican Express. My daughter left her new iPad at the FCO Rome airport and only discovered it once she was on her way back to America. Pelican Express provided us with all the information they needed to retrieve it and ship it and did so within a few days. The iPad was back to my daughter within the week. Excellent service and responsiveness by Alessandro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great service, 100% would recommend. I forgot my Apple Watch at the FCO Airport security and they sent it back to London within less than a week.
The price was a bit expensive (140 euros) but definitely worth the money as it was a great service overall.

These guys were awesome at helping me with a rather atypical situation: they managed to pick up and deliver a mattress to my mom who is in the hospital, all of that in record time. The customer care was prompt at answering all of my concerns, and the moment they answered “Yes we can do it” was glorious to me. They put me at ease and I trusted them fully!
I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem that at the moment seems unresolvable. Thanks a lot guys!
