Mia mamma ricoverata da loro dal 14 aprile ed uscita ieri 22 maggio.... è stata in riabilitazione motoria per una frattura composta del femore ma positiva al covid... l'hanno trattata con dolcezza e amore facendole sentire poco la nostra mancanza e non si è mai sentita abbandonata...le hanno dato Affetto, rispetto, sorrisi dietro le mascherine.... personale infermieristico, medico e non solo, di tutto rispetto...come pochi al mondo.... grazie a tutto lo staff del IV⁰ piano siete delle Persone con il Cuore...ed è una gratificazione vedere che in questo periodo di pandemia è difficile trovare persone così... grazie grazie grazie
What can I say? My mom admitted to them from April 14th and left yesterday May 22nd .... she was in motor rehabilitation for a compound fracture of the femur but positive for the covid ... they treated her with sweetness and love making her miss us very little and she never felt abandoned ... they gave her Affection, respect, smiles behind the masks .... nurses, doctors and more, respectable ... like few in the world .... thanks to all 4th floor staff you are People with Heart ... and it is a gratification to see that in this pandemic period it is difficult to find such people ... thank you thank you thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia nonna è stata ricoverata li per circa un mese.
Visto il periodo particolare, il personale telefonicamente si dimostrava cordiale , premuroso e paziente ma nella realtà nn ci è possibile stabilire se poi trattassero bene le pazienti.
Una cosa di sicuro è certa, perché visto con i nostri occhi, la pulizia verso i pazienti o almeno nei confronti di mia nonna è stata assolutamente indecente, il cambio le era stato portato ma usato pochissimo. Una maglia tenuta anche x una settimana, che una volta ritirata aveva un odore nauseabondo.
Oggi è stata portata in un'altra struttura e vedendola , era in una condizione pietosa, baffi ,capelli sporchi, unghie lunghe.
Nn ci si occupa solo di chi è autosufficiente , ma soprattutto si bada a chi nn può. Questa esperienza è assolutamente da dimenticare .

Given the particular period, the staff by telephone proved to be friendly, attentive and patient but in reality it is not possible for us to establish whether they treated the patients well.
One thing for sure is certain, because seen with our own eyes, cleaning towards patients or at least towards my grandmother was absolutely indecent, the gearbox had been brought to her but used very little. A shirt kept for even a week, which once retired had a nauseating smell.
Today she was taken to another facility and seeing her, she was in a pitiful condition, mustache, dirty hair, long nails.
Nn we only deal with those who are self-sufficient, but above all we pay attention to those who cannot. This experience is absolutely to be forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quella che mi accingo a fare, non è una recensione ma un' "osanna" , prego chi la leggerà di non pensare a subdoli secondi fini, non è certo una "captatio benevolentiae" è una semplice costatazione di fatto.
Ho potuto "toccare con mano" l'efficienza, l'umanità, la professionalità e l'empatia che regnano in questa struttura, il rapporto instaurato tra personale sanitario e non, con i pazienti, non è un mero e scarno "do ut des" , c'è molto di più, c''è amore per il prossimo, amore per il fragile, e questo in un mondo dove soffermarsi a stringere la mano del fratello sofferente equivale a una perdita di tempo, è cosa rara che rimanda la mente a Diogene e il suo lanternino.
Starei giornate intere a tessere lodi a questa struttura sanitaria ma sarei sicuramente ripetitivo, quindi chiudo dicendo grazie alle maestranze tutte che con professionalità e amore conducono magistralmente la clinica.
Con questa recensione si capisce il perché delle cinque stelle, date da un local guide di Google non certo "largo di maniche"
What I am about to do is not a review but a "hosanna", I beg those who will read it not to think of devious ulterior motives, it is certainly not a "captatio benevolentiae" it is a simple factual finding.
I was able to "touch" the efficiency, humanity, professionalism and empathy that reign in this structure, the relationship established between healthcare personnel and others, with patients, is not a mere "do ut des ", there is much more, there is love for one's neighbor, love for the fragile, and this in a world where stopping to shake the hand of a suffering brother is equivalent to a waste of time, it is a rare thing that postpones the mind Diogenes and his lantern.
I would spend whole days praising this health facility but I would certainly be repetitive, so I close by saying thanks to all the workers who masterfully lead the clinic with professionalism and love.
With this review we understand why the five stars, given by a local Google guide certainly not "wide of sleeves"
