A	Andrea Lube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi!!!, sono rimasto in panne e mi sono recato da loro per comodità, preventivo nettamente superiore alla spesa reale che ho dovuto affrontare di un altra officina (quasi il doppio), non che visto che naturalmente essendo così alto ho deciso di far portar via la macchina da li all'officina vicino casa, mi hanno fatto pagare il preventivo 30€ ed è la prima volta che mi succede! Terrible !!!, I broke down and went to them for convenience, a budget that was much higher than the real expense I had to face in another workshop (almost twice as much), not that given that being so high, I decided to do take the car from there to the garage near my house, they made me pay the 30 € quote and it is the first time it happens to me!

Ho avuto problemi con la batteria della mia macchina (aveva un polo allentato, e bastava stringerlo), non riusciva ad accendersi e andavo avanti dal giorno prima facendo paralleli. Anche ieri mattina la stessa cosa, ma “per fortuna” trovo questo meccanico dietro a dove era parcheggiata la macchina. Vado a dirgli del problema e viene con i suoi fili. Dice che la batteria dura massimo 2 anni (noi gli diciamo che aveva meno di 1 anno, e lui ancora, suppongo fosse incapace di contare, ribadisce che andava cambiata), attacca i fili, ci fa riaccendere la macchina e stop. Non fa nient’altro. Ignora il vero problema, sperando a quanto pare che tornassimo presto, visto che il problema restava. Gli chiedo giusto per circostanza quant’era...e lui “10€”!!!!!! Per non aver fatto nulla!! Rimango basita e mi limito a pagarli. Torno nel mio paese, il meccanico mi spiega il vero problema (il polo allentato), mi dice che la batteria non andava assolutamente cambiata perche nuova, e ovviamente non chiede nulla. NON ANDATE DA QUESTE SANGUISUGHE!! E voi del negozio vergognatevi!!! Non ci si approfitta così dei clienti! It deserves 0 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible. For not doing anything !! I remain appalled and just pay them. I return to my country, the mechanic explains to me the real problem (the loose pole), he tells me that the battery should not be changed at all because it is new, and obviously does not ask for anything. DO NOT GO TO THESE SANGUISUGHE !! And you of the shop feel ashamed !!! There is advantage as customers!

Se non riesce a risolvere un problema si consulta direttamente con la casa automobilistica. Quante volte dai concessionari (specie in garanzia) non si riesce a risolvere un problema tecnico di un'automobile? Da Pino trovi sempre la soluzione, torni dal concessionario e gli suggerisci la tecnica. Dai motori Rolls-Royce alle 500 dalle macchine d'epoca alle vetture più recenti, Pino è un "problem solving". Per ogni manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria io ho risolto sempre. A unique mechanic in Rome, with a "zen" character.
