C	Chiara Centi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONSIGLIATISSIMO Ho una barboncina di 2 anni iperattiva con un pelo difficilissimo e ogni volta che trovavamo una toletta la volta dopo è impaurita solo nell'avvicinarsi al negozio.. mentre ora che abbiamo trovato questo posto corre lì non appena scesi dalla macchina quindi credo che questa sia la sua recensione e anche la più importante.. per quanto riguarda la mia beh sono gentilissimi e super onesti HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I have a 2 year old poodle hyperactive with a very difficult hair and every time that we found a toilet the next time he is afraid only approaching the store .. but now that we found this place runs there as soon as got out so I think this is his review, and also the most important .. regards my well I'm super kind and honest

Prima che aprisse il loro negozio ero cliente da altri ma, già dalla prima volta che li ho "sperimentati", ho capito che avevo trovato il top del toelettatore. Punti di forza sono: professionalità,uso di prodotti di alta qualità, massima disponibilità, accoglienza, pazienza ed empatia anche verso i "bipedi" accompagnatori ? (con buona dose di simpatia e ironia che non guasta). Il locale è molto pulito, c'è finanche una sala d'attesa accogliente con poltroncine, dove, volendo, è permesso sostare. La zona dove toelettano è visibile sempre e in ogni fase di lavoro (e non è poco!!). Per coloro che non lo sapessero il cocker ha bisogno di un trattamento particolare(stripping e taglio rigorosamente a forbice) che non si improvvisa ma richiede una competenza/esperienza professionale specifica. Inutile aggiungere, consigliatissimo: Renato e Stefania il massimo! P.S.: quando distribuivano la capacità di sintesi io ero in fila per comprare la pizza, chiedo scusa ? I have a nearly 5 year old cocker that I have been grooming regularly since he was a puppy. Before they opened their shop I was a client of others but, from the first time I "experienced" them, I realized that I had found the top of the groomer. Strengths are: professionalism, use of high quality products, maximum availability, hospitality, patience and empathy even towards the "bipeds" accompanying ? (with a good dose of sympathy and irony that does not hurt). The place is very clean, there is even a welcoming waiting room with armchairs, where, if desired, it is allowed to stop. The area where they groom is visible at all times and at every stage of work (and that's no small feat !!). For those who do not know the cocker needs a particular treatment (rigorously stripping and scissor cut) that cannot be improvised but requires specific professional competence / experience. Needless to add, highly recommended: Renato and Stefania the best! PS: when they distributed the synthesis capacity I was in line to buy pizza, I'm sorry ?
