Ma la media va fatta con l'amministrazione che, al contrario, è indisponente e ruvida. Prezzi non trasparenti seguiti da un trattamento freddo e infastidito alla prima richiesta di chiarimento. Rapporto col cliente pessimo e se è vero che l'ultima impressione è quella che rimane scolpita nella mente delle persone, questo approccio ha il potere di cancellare tutto l'affetto offerto dal resto del personale. Meriterebbe uno Zero. I would have given 5 stars and more to the always nice and friendly, helpful and caring nursing staff. But the media must be done with the administration which, on the contrary, is irritating and rough. Non-transparent prices followed by a cold and annoyed treatment at the first request for clarification. Bad customer relationship and if it is true that the last impression is the one that remains engraved in people's minds, this approach has the power to cancel all the affection offered by the rest of the staff. Ho trovato un medico professionale, competente senza risultare però distaccato. Mi è stato spiegato dettagliatamente come si sarebbe svolto l'esame, e anche durante il suo svolgimento mi venivano indicati i vari passaggi. Mi è stato spiegato che avrei potuto avere piccoli disturbi nei giorni a seguire e che sarebbero stati normali. Malgrado la grande ansia che mi ha spinto a rimandare di qualche anno l'esame, non ho avuto nessun problema post esame. Molto premurosa anche l'infermiera che ha affiancato il dottore. Non mi sono accorta di nulla, a differenza di altre volte in altre strutture non mi ha proprio toccato, ma accompagnato alla macchina guidandomi. Bravo, consigliatissima la struttura per gentilezza di tutto il personale, dal centralino, alla reception. Unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare: assegnare a chi va in sala di aspetto un NUMERO per non chiamare ad alta voce il cognome e nome associando il tipo di visita. Si tratta solo di mettere un numero sui fogli e un post it al paziente, se non ci si dota di uno schermo. Fatto questo diventa da 5 stelle. Comunque grazie. È necessario entrare da via Nomentana 311 (più o meno all'altezza di via Gorizia). Alla fine del viale si procede con check in (secondo la normativa anticovid) nella palazzina principale. Da qui seguire le indicazioni per " uscita": percorrere tutto il corridoio e poi salire al secondo piano della palazzina B, dove l'oculista fa visita. Il personale è stato abbastanza professionale Clean clinic. Friendly staff. I have personally booked an eye examination.
