Ci passa un mondo di differenza tra la prima e la seconda. Con tecnica aperta mi ci sono voluti 3 mesi per cicatrizzare la zona e dopo neanche un anno ho avuto subito la recidiva. Memore dell'intervento ero sconsolato solo all'idea di doverla rifare e per questo ho temporeggiato il più possibile. Fino a quando dopo l'ennesimo ascesso mi sono messo a cercare una soluzione alternativa su internet e grazie anche a questo gruppo sono venuto a conoscenza della tecnica israeliana praticata dal Dottor Di Castro. Inutile dire che l'operazione è stata una passeggiata di salute durata si e no 10 minuti in sala operatoria. Dal giorno dopo ero già a lavoro e la sera stessa stavo tranquillamente seduto. Ho ripreso palestra dopo appena 2 settimane senza nessun tipo di problema. Volevo quindi ringraziare il Dottore che oltre a essere un grande medico è anche una grande persona. With an open technique it took me 3 months to heal the area and after less than a year I immediately had a recurrence. Nel 2016 ho scoperto di avere la fistola sacro-coggiea quando a seguito di un dolore fortissimo al coccige e febbre a 39 mi reco in pronto soccorso e mi diagnosticano questa patologia, decidono di non incidermela perchè troppo infiammata e mi rimandano a casa con terapia antiobitica (macladin compresse 500mg), da allora è stato un susseguirsi continuo di questi episodi, sapevo di dover essere operata con tecnica classica aperta, e spaventatissima di ciò ho deciso di prendere tempo, mi sono messa alla ricerca su internet di casi analoghi al mio e nel navigare mi è comparso il nome di un GRANDE SPECIALISTA ovvero di DOTTOR ANGELO DI CASTRO che utilizza una tecnica mini invasiva. Dopo la prima visita il 03/08/2020 sono stata inserita in lista di attesa per l'intervento e il 15/04/2021 è stato eseguito. Ora io non posso che essere grata al Dottore per la sua bravura e il risultato d'eccezione per l'intervento, la ripresa è stata immediata, riuscivo a camminare senza alcun problema dopo qualche ora e sono potuta tornare a lavorare dopo un paio di giorni. R	Raffaele Riccio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver subito 2 operazioni per la fistola sacrococcigea 14 anni fa con la tecnica classica che è stata estremamente dolorosa, a gennaio 2019 è ricominciato l'incubo: stesso in quel mese sono stato sottoposto ad un incisione per eliminare tutta l'infezione con uno zaffo nella ferita aperta, dopo un paio di mese è ricomparsa la fistola e quindi ho cambiato strada scegliendo una tecnica miniinvasiva la EPSIT fatta con anestesia lombare, purtroppo fin da subito avvertivo la sensazione di non essere guarito siccome sentivo un bozzo e dalla ferita fuoriusciva sempre siero e non si chiudeva mai, quindi cercando su internet ho conosciuto il dott di Castro e grazie alle diverse recensioni positive ho deciso di prendere appuntamento; mi sono operato l'11 settembre 2020 senza alcun dolore e fin da subito ho avuto la possibilità di svolgere la mia normale attività quotidiana andando anche a lavoro a differenza delle esperienze passate,compresa la EPSIT, che mi hanno bloccato a casa per più di un mese.
