Per esperienza diretta non sanno fornire informazioni adeguate e sono piuttosto maleducate. Inoltre, per conoscenza indiretta, hanno personale medico impreparato, buono piuttosto a prosciugare le tasche di chi sfortunatamente si affida. Successivamente, abbiamo provato a chiamare per cambiare il nominativo e prenotare per me. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a parlare con nessuno. Il giorno della prenotazione (oggi) mi sono recato presso la clinica spiegando la situazione e chiedendo cortesemente di fare il cambio. Mi è stato detto che oggi non è possibile perché non c'è personale disponibile per cambiare i dati di mia cugina sulla scheda della prenotazione. Specifico che si tratta di: nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita, indirizzo di residenza e c.f. Non credo ci sia altro da aggiungere. Complimenti per lo scivolone. Lack of assistance. A	Andrea Fioravanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la breve permanenza di 24 hr per una operazione all anca, abbiamo avuto a che fare con tutti i vari reparti / staff: chirurgo, infermieri, manutentori, dottori, bar, posteggiatore, amministrazione, etc. Tutti gentili, tempestivi, professionali, esaustivi. Non è il tipo di recensione dove si va a scrivere “speriamo di tornare presto”, ma per il tempo che siamo dovuti stare, tutto bene, dal ricovero iniziale alle dimissioni con tanti sorrisi. Bravissimo Prof. Perugia, un grazie particolare allo staff del 4to piano, sempre sorridenti e disponibili.

He rescheduled me 4 days later and the excuse is that the baby is too small, thinking that we don't know he made the head measure and it was 21 weeks which is a suitable size. A moment after we left out we see him leaving the hospital. And promising to call, he never called. And no new appointment done. The hospital took the payment before meeting the doctor.
